I haven't signed up, but did play last time Bingo Hall had a contest, so... first of all make sure you've made the deposit.  then go to live support and let them know you are wanting to play in the LBB Back to School slot tourney.  They'll give you the access you need.

New users should use the link provided to sign up.

Then just go to the slots page and locate the LBB slot tourney, and start playing. 

That should get you started.
