As contradictory as it sounds, I suppose I resolved to NOT make any resolutions.
The vast majority of New Year's resolutions fail. Why? Because people are choosing to make changes based on an arbitrary day, for arbitrary reasons, and so, generally have no desire or plan or incentive.
If anyone wants  to make a productive change in their life, they should start today..NOW, and not wait until some set day rolls around to begin.

"I want to quit smoking; maybe nest week"...stub out your cigarette, flush the pack
"I want to lose weight, I think I'll join a gym next year".....stop, drop, do twenty sit-ups, your lungs will thank you
etc etc etc

For me im never one to have resolutions...because i could never stick to them lol
But in all seriousness my New years resolution which i have already started..is to smile more and be more positive...its hard to smile at times especially if you have so much to on your plate constantly stacking up against you....
another resolution is to quit smoking...the ultimate resolution for alot of people...Its not cool when your 2 year old can out run you...it goes to show how unfit you are which is exactly what i am...
