  • Well I hope that my opinion is of some use I would like to propose some details and especially I congratulate you for your concern in being one of the best forums for online casino players in the world, here are my proposals:
    I would like them to include more languages ​​in the forum, one of them the Spanish language, mainly for all the Spanish-speaking players that we follow in this forum and we continually post, that would be a great attraction to more people who find it difficult to understand the English language, in addition It would be the first forum to have this section in Spanish
    Another point would be an interesting chat or group special in watsapp or telegram ,in real time for all registered members and to be able to share news and games or exclusive promotions.
    Another aspect would be to be able to play games with the balances that we have as lcb coins and to be able to earn more and to be able to duplicate the money that is in the accounts. This could apply to members who have already been in the forum for many years. I humbly share with you and hope it will serve you sometime.

  • Only real suggestion I have for improving the LCB site is making it more user friendly for mobile users. 

    I often have to refresh the page due to links stop working when I click them. 

    Also possibly stating if it's a deposit bonus, sign up bonus, new user bonus, etc.. in the title so when clicking the claim button we know what to expect. I understand you have the different sections but even in the 'no deposit bonus' area within the site some bonuses are time limited to only freshly made accounts 

  • First I'd like to say that LCB is in my opinion by far the best community out there for new bonuses, player reviews of casinos, participation incentives, there is just a plethora of information at your disposal and I'd imagine its a lot of work maintaining the website and keeping it current. 

    I think the LCB team deserves a big thank you for all of their hardwork and dedication to make this website possible, it has provided me lots of entertainment, as well as valuable insight and knowledge of which online casinos to avoid and why, and which online casinos are worth giving a try. 

    I think the shop is an excellent way to encourage memebers to participate in discussion and reviews.

    One minor suggestion, I have noticed there are often a lot of expired bonus codes still listed many of the casinos's review pages. I've noticed on a few occasions that there is an active bonus buried amongst 6 or 7 expired ones so I often find myself checking each and every code to make sure I'm not missing out on any freebies. If each and every bonus code was accompanied by the expirery, it would save a lot of time checking codes or looking them up elsewhere to find the expirery dates. 

    Another possible idea you could add to the shop, is have a weekly or daily lottery in the shop where members can spend their points to purchase raffle tickets for the lottery, the winner takes 95% of the pool and the remaining 5% could go back into LCB. The possibility of winning a larger prize pool for a small investment may be a popular shop item, and could generate some revenue for the website to help cover costs ETC. 

    I have more ideas but its getting late :)

    Many bonuses that we find do not have expiry dates made known at all. To avoid piling up expired codes (and also to avoid removing valid codes inadvertently) we came up with a filtering system which is a combination of thumbs down and the time period the codes have been up. So, after a certain time and with enough thumbs down, the codes are automatically removed.We are still tinkering with this a bit and hopefully, we will come up with an even more effective solution.

  • I love LCB since the year 2014.

    My comments and suggestions:
    1. It is necessary to improve the search on the site’s forum with the ability to sort the results by date.

    2. It would be very good to resume the work of the poker section of the site.

    3. It should be possible for old users to use LSB chips without the condition of buying something in a shop.
    For 6 years I was forced to open accounts in a large number of casinos that I did not need.
    I spend more than I earn.

  • When I registered here i didn't know about all cool stuff which you have here. In begin i maybe break some rule but i learn on mistakes.You are best so far. 

    First i would like to know when i reviews casinos or slots to not open same slots which i was review before, some notes or something. It happened me to open several slots and than find that I reviewed that before. So this take a lot time sometimes.

    In shop some casinos ask to deposit min 20 $€, I think that 10 is enough or to have option for 10 and 20 deposit. On King Billy example they refuse to give me freespins from shop because i played with bonus, so i should deposit there without bonus, I think that this not ok.And more casinos should you include, I play on few from your shop. 

    Can you organize some freeroll with password once a week for poker players in some major poker rooms?

    And i notice that some players constantly in prizes in this contests, maybe some rule to give chance other to won sometimes.

    I guess not only my age but the length of time I've been a LCB member makes me a true oldie!  Member since 2008! wink

    I would like to see more poker freerolls!  We used to have a few of them and I do miss them.

    There are few good suggestions already mentioned.  I don't know how LCB could top what is already offered to us members.  Everytime I think y'all have come up with the best, y'all up the ante and offer something over the top for us.

    Well, in as far as experience goes i think most if not almost all of its members are somewhat okay with LCB, however, if possible other than the shop feature of the website i think another feature can be added like, a slots game where we can bet our shop points and if possible a faucet. Hehehe..

  • As LCB has already been awesome due to their work on this wonderful forum website, I can only suggest a few things. Under the Casinos tab, specifically the Best casinos, over the past months there has been only 5 casinos there, we need an update for that.

    The ND bonuses for new players/existing too needs a refreshing every week or better should it be much less!

    My final note is live chat, it would be great to have a "24hr chat operation" available since most of us need assistance and can get help right away while the rest of the world will settle with patience as they have different time zones from others.

    That makes a lot more sense to me now that you explained it :) Thanks for the explanation. 

    I am glad you liked the raffle idea :) Expanding on that, you could go a step further and offer daily or weekly draws on the free spin packages that are already offered in the shop. Members would purchase tickets at a lower cost then buying the free spins outright, giving them a chance at winning a free spins package at a fraction of its normal cost. LCB could keep a small % of the revenue generated from ticket purchases.

    1. I would think I'm considered one of the newer member of LCB, and had only just created my profile back in the beginning of March this year. However,I did notice a couple of features that I would really enjoy being implemented around the website, the biggest one being a more intuitive search function for all search bars across the website. Even if its just adding the generic "Advance Search" option beneath search bars, or allowing us to format the search similar to the way Google has set up theirs (i.e. using quotations ("....") around words/terms formats the search to return only the results that contain the exact words/terms written within quotations ("...") when searching on Google.

So my thinking is that it speaks volumes of your work here and what you guys are about!! Everytime I'm on a FB site, a You Tube video or if I  stumble across anything online gambling/playing  related, I find myself doing this.. At times, I will literally butt in conversations and get my .2 cents in to let them know where to go when they're seeking out a safe, reliable and fun place to play. So I don't have to start listing the casinos I jump in and refer them to LCB..I let them know its the best "go to" spot for all the guidance and suggestions you'll ever need in the world of online gambling.. I just do it as a natural thing becuz I feel gratification if I'm helping people in any way...

    Since this post for a contest, I'll say this is an ex. of where I struggle on the site:The forums. For ex: I'm doing it now.I feel like I'm posting in the wrong place but not sure.and not sure of a solution.other than changing the way it's organized. IDK, it could just be me..lol..And of course more selection in shop items and if the T&C could be lightened up some would be awesome cuz it's kinda hard to meet them at times..   • Hello! I haven't been in this group long, but I do have  thought that would help new & seasoned LCB clients.

    When I've posted problems getting into tournaments,  I receive an auto response that tells me nothing useful.

    If you could speak directly to the issue at hand so I can resolve my issue, learn from my mistakes and be able to join in the fun, I would be thrilled! 

    I know I'm not the only person that feels the frustration of an auto response that doesn't resolve my problem. 

    Thank you for giving me a forum to speak to this!

    Also, thank you for all the fun im having in the tournaments I've been able to play in!

  • One of the things that I find a little monotonous is that you have to go to the end of the forums to find the new posts.  How about a feature button that allows you to sort by unread? Or perhaps a user dash page that we can customize? I know, its hard to implement. 

    I would also like to have more options for the crypto non-bonus user.  I typically deposit by crypto with no promotion attached. That way there isnt any play through or requirements for an instant withdrawal. I'm all for coming by and reviewing or rating but the shop takes forever to attain the items that I can use with out anxiety (max withdrawal limits) So maybe make options for 10 dollar crypto, or $5 increments? Otherwise its going to take 6 months of checking in to get anywhere. lol.

    Example: After I enter this post, I will have to go back to the 1st page and click on the do not notify box.  It's kind of a pain in the hinney if I forget to un-notify becasue I get notices in my email.

    If there is already a fix for this, could you please direct me to where I'm to go to correct this.

    You don't have to go back to the first page of the thread :) You can scroll up to the top of the page where you last posted and click "unnotify" :) Other than that, well, maybe we'll think of something :)

  • The Website is good to use it with fast Internet on mobile but If U havent fast Internet the Website needs to Long Time to answer and If U want to Open some Tabs at the Browser U Need to load the Website completly at other Websites U can Open Tabs from IT If they load the half Website 

    So please the requestion time IS to Long at mobile

  • I like the LCB website for many reasons, but I often have the problem not being able to register in casinos that appear in the list of casinos which accept french players, but which don't accept french players in reality. I know this must be very difficult for LCB team to update countries restrictions, especially for a country like France in which online casinos are not legal, but it's a recurrent problem.

    It would be great if the shop could offer more options for players from France or some other countries that have a reduced number of possibilities for casinos in which buying free chips... but I also understand the problem is mainly the law's restrictions in these countries, more than the shop's offers which must be much more numerous for other countries.

  • I was much younger when i first joined LCB. So my suggestions are

    1. It is hard for me and maybe some of the older members here to navigate all of the forums newish qualities. I still have not got the hang of it and need to try to spend more time here to get familar with the forum. The search button needs improvemnt big time.

    2. I just posted this not too long ago but adding some tasty treats to the shop would be nice.

    3. I have always felt that some of the more valid suggestions should be re visited to see if they can be implemented. 

    4. LCB is the best and i do play a lot at a casino that isn't in the shop but is an affilate of LCB. I found some of the shop casinos to be very tight and i don't generally play at them. Maybe something can be worked out so that those players can be rewarded too when they play at an LCB casino thats listed but not in the shop.

    5. Older active members should get some kind of perk for being loyal (cryi_love_lcb)

    6. Maybe include a few more contests.

    Over all LCB rocks and not much to suggest. I have always liked being here and often lurk even if i don't post a lot. Thanks for the contest and good luck all.

  • first i wanna say. Lcb is awesome. But i allways missed something like a bonus blog to click on and you can find all available bonusses. Like .. dunno if an url is allowed. But like allmost the whole bigfreechiplist site is based on. If this would also be An option and with all filters for providers etc. If u make this happend. Lcb Will finally be number 1 above askgamblers. I mean Lets be honest as IT is now askg. Is nr one. But no problem. I Just told how to be nr 1. This Will do it i believe :)

    I'll second the recommendation about the search function. The results I get don't really have any rhyme or reason I feel. Id like to search for a term and sort it from new to old. Instead of searching I find my self reading the whole forum which is a waste of time. But I owe my life to that search engine actually. If it worked correctly, I would have a plethora of free time to be out socializing with potential strangers with covid-19. Instead I'm stuck in doors spending 3 hours to find 1 post.

  • First I would like to thank LCB for the passion and dedication it takes to have such a top notch site and community. The way LCB and It's community come together to help one another is a beautiful thing, something I wish humanity could learn from.

    Well that's enough praise for now and onto how I think LCB could improve.

    I think more exclusive bonuses could help everyone. Also would like a better sitemap, example category, subcategories, tags. Add signature campains, or other unique campaigns to promote fair casinos thus giving gamblers and affiliates income to save or play. A way to gamble and exchange in house currency.

    Just keep on doing what you're doing LCB 

     

  • When I became a LCB member, I remember I sometimes had difficulties to find how to earn LCB chips. Now I know where to find these informations but I think there could be a shorter way by clicking on "chips" to reach the page "How to earn LCB chips", because you first have to click on the "shop" button in the menu to find this page.

    I think it would be great to separate informations about member's profile in a first menu with the three buttons "Profile", "Messages" and "Log out", from informations about chips and shop in a second menu with the buttons "Dashboard", "Shop" and a new button "Chips" to reach directly the page "How to earn chips".

    It means member's name and chips counter could be separated in the graphic design in two different buttons one next to the other on the top of the page. 

    I also think it would be nice to change the upper part of the shop's page and to find directly the shop's terms and conditions next to the player's available chips instead of the "LCB members have purchased" menu which seems to me not very interesting and less important than showing directly the shop's terms and conditions (there still could be a button to reach the forum pages that concerns the terms and conditions if a member needs more informations)

  • Hi and thanks for a great contest again. Here's my thoughts:

    1) I think it would be useful for members to have the "My Shop" tab under dashboard showing more of your shop history than just the 12 latest purchases.

    Also would be great to have the history show which items have been credited and which of them denied. And furthermore, to have it display exact purchade times.

    I know it would be hard to do and probably not cost efficient, but I am just saying it would be useful and intresting to be able to see more accurate data of one's past purchases. That would probably also help with the inquiries about when a certain item will be processed, etc, if a player could see from their history that it has usually taken about 36 hours for example :-D

    2) My second suggestion is to speed up the servers. I know LCB is a HUGE site with tons of traffic, but it's still kind of annoying how it takes longer to load than most websites, even with a high-speed internet connection. I've also noticed that LCB servers give errors fairly often and you have to load the page again. (Something with a message "Page unavailable, if you are the administrator of this site, please..." or something like that).

    3) Lastly, I have to say that these suggestions are just minor fine-tuning, as I cannot emphasize enough how great I think LCB already is with helping players find bonuses and get help with casino payment issues etc, etc, etc. Awesome site. And The Shop is just amazing! :-) Keep up the good work! 

  • More  mobile friendly. But that mainly consists of keeping the boogus bonuses or expired bonuses to a minimum and make searching a option for mobile. I like this site. Personally feel it needs more microgaming bonuses.. But that's not really a casino issue lol. Favourite review site overall for me

  • I think it would be a great idea you added a feature that allows the user to see how much they earn and the months they earn them in. I find it hard to keep track.

    This is exactly what I came to ask for too. The autonotify feature is very annoying to me and one I turn off on all message boards - except it's impossible to do here since the forum change.

    I posted about it  soon after it was implemented but did not get a satisfactory response...Not surprising considering how the site overhaul was done IMO. Yes, it needed modernizing, but there should have been more consideration for user input before, during and after the process.

  • Why not daily or weekly freeroll slots tournaments. Where in order to be eligible to play for that week, the user had to meet the requirements of comments, posts, reviews, however many the week before. All prizes could be specific to LCB for the store.

  • My previous post was more of a complaint I guess, so here's a suggestion to improve one of the most important sections of the site. The casino warnings list is really well done in my view, especially with the red icons showing the different reasons for cautioning against playing at a particular online establishment.

    However, at least on the mobile site, the casinos are represented only by a graphical stylized name/logo. Most are easy enough to make out but some are not, even after zooming in on the image. It would therefore be helpful to also include a plain text title as I'd hate to accidentally sign up at a rogue casino because I couldn't read its name properly on here.

  • Another option that I would like to implement at some point in the forum is a help center for former members who are in a misfortune that happens to them all as players we could help some member finally we could also be generous with those who need it some time in your life.

    As a last point we could organize a batch of money for various players managed by the lcb managers and each week by lottery to people grant them a certain amount of money. That would be for old members.
