That is not accurate. My last request in this forum got the same response. I had then made at least 2 more deposits.... And as they aren't calculating these amounts correctly...kinda makes me feel like I've missed out on a lot of cashback that I mY have been eligible for but didn't receive.

I thoroughly read over the first page and made sure to check and double check my transaction history as far as deposits were concerned with LuckyCreek so as not to run into an embarrassing situation much like the one I seem to be in right now, ironically enough. Unless there is some other caveat I'm missing here or  LC's rep has made a mistake, I have deposited EXACTLY $320 worth of my money from a total of 2 different debit/cards. Was there exclusions to certain deposits based on bonuses claimed or visa rather MasterCard deposits on a Thursday or something? It's not the end of the world and I'm not too terribly upset but I would genuinely like to know what the reason nearly $200 worth of my deposits were not eligible or otherwise counted as being eligible for this bonus if possible please? I didn't realize that a Cashback request reset all 4 casinos. I thought it only affected the casinos I received Cashbacks from. Now I know to hold off my request. Wait....Does the act of requesting a cashback start the counter back to zero? Or is  it receiving Cashback from one of the casinos the thing that starts things over? I'm confused. Sorry, this post is confusing to me....and I wrote it.

We're going to check your questions with the casino rep. I think that the rep counts cashback for each of the casinos separately since he provided the results for two casinos last time. We'll check if you qualify for  Casino Max and get back to you.

Here is the answer from the casino rep:

The cashback is for individual brands, it's not added up for each brand. If a player receives cashback either LCB or from the casino then it starts again from that point. 

So for this customer, he received cashback at CasinoMax on the 17th of July, this was issued by the casino itself for the player's deposit on the same day. So the LCB cashback would be worked out from that date.

So the cashback would be worked out on when the last cashback was issued or in the case of a first claim, the last 30 days.

Sorry, I gotta say that's lame. I sacrificed a $75 cashback for a $4.28 cashback from a single deposit. I wish that was one of the terms noted in the Terms and conditions in the first post that had a clearer explanation. I understood the term "cashback" used int the terms and conditions, was only referring to this promotion's cashback. I appreciate your help. I was initially excited about this exclusive bonus, but this is a huge disappointment. I've been a loyal customer for a while but i'm beginning to feel more and more like a sucker the more I deposit. First I stopped recieving account benifits freebies, now I got left out of a bonus on an unclear technicality. I feel like I may have to start looking for a new RTG casino group to give my business to. A group I can trust. Sorry to vent, but feeling like an unvalued customer is something I am not a big fan of. Thank's for your help again.

You can't claim both cashback offers. It is not your first cashback request since you already got the casino cashback that's why he couldn't apply this rule you pointed out in your post...  or in the case of a first claim, the last 30 days "
