They did claim some casino cashback on the 24th, which was added and played. Nothing to do with LCB cashback though.

Taking the cashback from that date, she's not due any further cashback.

That's complete BS. They added a $20 chip to my account without me even asking them to do so, never mentioned it was considered as cash back, and now using that against me. Well hell, if that was cash back they were adding then maybe they should actually credit all of the cash back due to me from multiple bonus free deposits made as the terms state...rather than just a $20 chip...its frickin ridiculous.use to add the cash back that has been requested.
