Not good.  I'll query it with the rep.

The rep came back and said the following

I checked and the player was credited $50...She already had a balance of $0.17, then the cashback was applied.  The player should be able to see this in their cashier under 'My Account'....

Can you confirm that you have it?

They have issues with their website. they kept saying it was applied and the coupon section stated that $50 was redeemed but my balance wasnt updating. After logging out and clearing browser history and all that and logging back in i was able to see it on my account.

Can you please have them check all 3 of my accounts to see if any qualify for cash back at this time
