What?? That's not even one bit correct. 

They have added cash back to deposits made without a bonus but they need to count all other deposits made towards this cashback promo. What the hell is wrong with these people.

I double checked the players account, since her last cashback on September 29th there has been a total of $179 deposited.

I can't go back beyond that as she has received further cashbacks, if I did, then I'd be giving her cashback on top of cashback.The terms clearly state that the offers goes since their last cashback date.

If she makes another deposit and is unsuccessful then I should be able to offer her the cashback.

Also, in response to their reply..the terms were previously based on the fact that the casino cash back was given weekly and for all deposits made in that week. Now the promotion has changed and is based on a single bonus free deposit. If I have. Made 10 deposits of which the last 5 were were  free and cash back was claimed on, it is no where near fair to then make the first 5 deposits ineligible and void from this lcb cash back.

I think he meant they can only go to deposits made since you last received this cashback.

If that was the case, I wouldn't be arguing about anything. They are referring to their casino cash back that was given for one deposit. FYI - I've probably made at least 20 deposits since this last cash back.

total cash lost since last cashback is below the $200 threshold.

i have never had cash back at roaring  21 i just added my loses and i have lost about 300-350 dollars or more my username for all three casinos cherry jackpot, and max and roaring is the same jking1234 so he must be looking at wrong acct.      im wanting cash back at roaring 21..   and thank you.....

Perhaps he is looking at the wrong account, I'll remind him it's Roaring 21 and a first cashback.  Lets  wait and see what he comes back with.

So we have a correct reason for denial now

For the first claim we look back 30 days. Looking at the Roaring account, the player hasn't deposited or lost enough to qualify.
