Unfortunately the player does not qualify as they've only lost $40 after a nice cashout on the 27th.

I may have lost $40 since a cashout but doesnt it work like:

Lets say for example I deposited $300, withdrew $200, then deposited $100...I still technically lost $200 in deposits...right?

Having a cashout doesnt immediately cancel all prior deposits made.

They offset withdrawals against deposits.  I assume that is how they calculated it this time.

Offset! That's the term I was looking for. I guess my point was, even with the withdrawal, I have a whole lot more in deposits funds than the $40 they mentioned.

The cashback is based on the last cashback the player receives and is worked out on total money lost. For example, if the player deposit $500 but cashes out $250 from winnings, total loss is $250.

It was pretty disappointing to see that they did not get the request processed on Friday.

I havent not visited casino max in quite some time so am curious cherry and max are equally getting more difficult when it comes to redeeming cash back back or free chips. Like CJ raised the minimum weekly deposit amount for the cash back promo from $100 to $300...that's completely absurd in my opinion. On top of that, they're becoming less customer friendly. For example, starting thursday and into friday I had deposited more than $300 within a 24 hr period I believe. However, was not eligible for the cash back because apparently the deposits were split up between two separate weeks and there was nothing they could do about that. When setting such a high required deposit amount, I would think they would have some leniency- but nope! 

Also, then asked for a possible free chip and was quickly told there was nothing available.

Looking back a few months, I couldnt imagine these casinos treating their customers in such a way.
