    Hi Blue. It is a long time! They said max withdraw as 2500 but still waiting for last 500 - 40 days later! Do u know is this normal for them? I can't believe they haven't even started processing the last 500 - still says "requested" 7/2/17.

  • I'll tell ya blue, I'm getting little disgusted with LasVegas USA, loses the "fun" factor when the withdrawals take forever, they somehow "loose the comp points' for two months of playing, and now give you an answer that is right up there with some of the more "questionable casinos" language regarding  their promocodes/bonuses  "small print":-(.  Kinda sucks:-(  running out of places to play that I trust and actually have fun at,which is why I started in first place:-( darn shame since I'm pretty damn loyal to the few places I have/do play at.

    ....I thought perhaps it might be to do with your withdrawals outweighing your deposits.  Clearly not the case.  I can go back to them and query it....let me know if you wish me to go back to them.

  • Sounds good to me, I'd appreciate it you would blue,no way there were any withdrawels, other then cancelled  ones (my boss at work loaned me money for new car so I got greedy and impatient and played my winnings, so I think their accounting dept. needs an audit, or a slap Humph :-)

    Its such a shame they have such horrible customer service & are so dishonorable! They take our money immediately but use many stall tactics & delays to process winnings (1-2 months is unacceptable), which obviously doesn't happen often as that's gambling. I know the odds are for them but I expect them to honor their debt on those very few occasions that I win back a little of my past losses! Shame on them & sucks because they are supposed to be reputable but it seems that only means "oh, they will eventually pay vs. Never pay."

    Ok blue they finally responded to my email & now say likely to be processed next batch of payments sometime next week!!! How fraudulent! 60 days, if I even get it then. I will never deposit at any mainstreet online casinos again!
