    I have a question! It seems like the casino reps never know what I am referring to when I ask the status of the rebate. Do the requests go to a particular dept in the casino, or go to to the all same support agents? They even get credited after a while, but they always swear up and down that they do not partner with any sites for promotions. It's always frustrating. Just curious! Thank you again!
