It's to do with losses.  If you've had a withdrawal they will offset that against any deposits.  They will only go back the last 30 days.  I will go back to them though to check.

Thanks blue  I've lost over 800 this week I'd have to do the math and subtract the deposit etc but I I'm almost positive it meets,  I have never had a withdrawal yet..I appreciate your help

I was reading the rules and want clarification please does following mean 200 in deposits or 200 in depoits plus loses combined?

as you can tell from doing the math had in losses without deposits in the equation  over 200.00 then why they are saying I don't qualify for LCBS especially since it seem lcbs includes the deposits in the calculation...members should also be aware !

I can see what you mean - they have given you $21 as 10% back which means deposits of $210.  I don't understand either.  Maybe they took the cashback off your deposits to get a net figure but even then, it doesn't work out.  Sorry I can't be helpful here.
