Ok I see in the original rules where progressive play doesn't count toward your losses, but even so I still lost the additional 70 deposit making my losses at least $210.

Please have them take another look at my Club World Account (pmutts).

As you can see on 5/2 I had $181 in deposits. There were 2 additional deposits since then. Also, there was a "Manager Deposit of $175" which was for overcharges from their processor to my credit card so this was the same as cash out of my pocket. Regardless of the Manager Deposit, I'm still well above $200.
