Whilst I think about it, Christmas "opening times" for cashback will be affected on the following dates:

25th-28th December inclusive
31 Dec and 1st January

You can still post your requests however it may be more beneficial to you to post them when you know the reps will be in the next day.  The reason for this is, the date you post your requests is the date the reps use to calculate your cashback and if you made a deposit or two after the request date, you could possibly have qualified for a higher cashback.
