    The casino came back to me and this is what they said:

    "Yes this player did deposit that amount, however any cashback that we credit, including LCB is not based on deposits, it is calculated using the Net Cash Loss.

    We take the Net win, minus bonuses to give us the Net Cash Loss. This player Net Cash Loss was $230.30 therefore a credit of $50 has been credited.  Players Net win was $555.50 minus bonuses of $325.20 = $230.30 Net Cash Loss "

    I went straight back to them and asked what exactly are the bonuses that are being deducted and this is the reply to that:

    "It’s any bonus amounts that the player has received (non - cash) i.e. any free chips and/or the amount of deposit bonus given, etc…"

    I trust this now clarifies things.
