As it was your first request they can only go back 30 days from the date of your request.  Anything prior to that doesn't count.  Once you have received your very first cashback, there is no restriction on time between cashback requests.  There would be no point in trying one more time as the result will be the same due to the 30 day restriction.....unless you think you have made and lost more than $200 in deposits in the last 30 days (let me know if you think you will based on thi info ).  Also, the 30 day period is a rolling 30 day period.  So if you ask in two weeks time they will still go back 30 days from the date of that request until you get your first cashback.
