"When the other rep checked on Monday for players LCB, he took the dates of 1st May to 3rd June. Player had only deposited $160.

When I checked today for the dates of 1st May to 5th June, the player has deposited $200, however player did achieve a win of $2,805.63 on 5th June. This will affect the Net Cash therefore resulting in a negative number today."

I'm not sure what they consider withdrawals. The money that was won in the slot tournaments and deposited into my casino account was never withdrawn from the casino. Everything was used to play more slot tournaments and slot play and it was all lost. I consider that a loss to me. I've also never seen mention of bonuses when requesting cashbacks. Is this something new in figuring the cashback?

Still a little foggy on the bonus and "withdrawal" stuff. I didn't do anything different than I normally do in the past except play some slot tournaments in between my regular slot play, but I wouldn't think that could make that much of a difference. i didnt count the bonuses when calculating the deposits......i very rarely take deposit bonuses, but sometime i get loyalty bonuses.....which have never been considered since this promo started.....just like they adjusted allstar to properly reflect my deposits

I have checked all 3 of these accounts and I can see no loyalty bonuses that have been redeemed on the account during the LCB dates. All bonuses redeemed are either cashback or free chips. In LRC the player has redeemed the Daily promotional deposit coupons and some free chips. So not sure exactly what this player is meaning by loyalty bonuses redeemed.

Here is a breakdown of the results for the player:
