I've checked their standard 20% cashback rules and these are the games restrictions.  It is quite clear.

Deposits used to wager on restricted games (777 slot, baccarat, craps, pontoon blackjack, roulette and sic bo) are not eligible for a cashback.
Should you wager any amount on Blackjack or any 21 games, your cash back is halved (10% Cash Back).
Any amount used from a bonus free deposit to enter a tournament (Buy-in, Add-on or Re-Buy) will be subsequently deducted from qualifying amount for cashback.

I have checked the rules in the first post. It doesn't just apply to the first cashback.

1. Only losses for the 30 days prior to your cashback request, will count towards your cashback. (You cannot have any successful or pending withdrawals in this 30 day time period. If you have had a withdrawal in the last 30 days, the cashback will be calculated from that date)

From her very last cashback she has withdrawn 612$, and afterwards she deposited 578$, which means she has to cover that difference before her next cashback.

So basically, deposit $234 to receive 30% on $200 (with no withdrawals in between).

....ah now it makes sense why I haven't posted in this forum for over 4 years
