Jack, I'm a pretty happy person overall according to my friends and family... I shine praise when things go well, and am very thankful. I write postive reviews and had done so in the past for most of the casinos I've played at. However, I'm also known a fighter when things go wrong or something is unjust. I stand up for underdogs and dont put up with bullys. And with this following comment you are attempting to silence us with threats, which I will not tolerate:

You dont seem to realise that it is not just me thats upset with your casinos vip program. There are loads of other people that are upset too as shown by the few posts in this thread plus the comments I've gotten from other players in PMs and emails, and on other forums over the last year. You have a major flaw in the casino you work for which you say you are unable to do anything about even though you are the casino rep for them.
I run a very successful business myself, and I've learned to listen to my customers as they make me my money. When they complain, I listen carefully, and try and improve things as quickly as possible. I dont want you to just sympathize or talk down to me and the others, like you have done. I wanted you to take our complaints and fix something that is broken at your casinos. I also want you to hold Robert responsible for not fixing this nonsense when I brought it up to him multiple times already.
Rather than doing any of that, you told all of us to "shut up" or lose out on our bonuses for 3 months. That is a silly threat, and an attempt at silencing all of us, thats what I meant by attempting to censoring us. And that is what took an otherwise happy person to get upset and start fighting for what is right.
I dont like it when issues are not resolved at companies... and I dont want threats to be sent out when people complain about something that you have agreed is messed up. I want to hear this is something your casinos are going to do their best to fix!
But I also understand you are saying you are completely helpless when it comes to resolving this issue, so bring on Robert to LCB. He is active on another forum I'm on, so bring him too to LCB unless he is too scared to come on?
That would be the right thing to do. I know some of the mods on LCB too have issues with that guys lack of communication skills. At least one employee at Slotland has complained about it to me too. So why not attempt to fix whats broken Jack? Why not a step in that direction, instead of threatening us that if we talk about this issue we will be harmed?
These comments are so damn disappointing to read from you Jack. You're not the amazing Casino support rep that I used to think you were anymore man. Whats the real truth, are you scared to confront Robert or something? Or does Robert just not care about his customers? Why wont you bring forth this issue to Robert and have him answer all of us? Or even better, fix the issue and say you are working on a new VIP program. After all, thats what everyone wants.
