Ofc you have every imaginable right to be unhappy (or perhaps even utterly mad?) about any particular feature at any of our brands, and you are most welcome to share your concerns and constructive feedback.

At the same time it doesn't give you any right whatsoever to expect your wishful thinking to materialize in simple222-friendly change to occurr momentarily.

Especially if what you consider an issue may intentionally not be seen as a bug but a feature. Or do you also e.g. email Google twice a day, asking to reveal their multi-billion secret formula on ranking pages high or low? Perhaps claiming how awfully unfair it is not to share it publicly...?

Apart from noting that you are knocking on wrong door (i.e. addressing something which is outside my personal jurisdiction, (ab?)using a forum thread serving totally different purpose on a 3rd party site, etc. (at least if our questions overlap)

So in closure --

simple222 is unhappy about VIP program at Slotland and Winaday. We're thankful for the feedback. We may consider changing the terms in the future, but sadly don't presume to make any changes made to it at the moment.

p.s. Btw. did you know that dealing with this issue already absorbed enough of my time and efforts to come up e.g. with a special promo? Not sure how much others would find your input helpful...

Although judging on a more recent email communication (which I won't dare even rephrasing), it appears that no matter what, at least one LCB member would still call us liars (although presenting misleading/wrongful info himself), censors (while we never censored a single bit of any info, handling our responses as openly and publicly as possible), let alone having guts of referring to Nazi era, which -- apologies for expressing my very own opinion -- I find just sick in any context whatsoever, let alone when discussing some silly VIP program at an online casino.
