Hi Jack, I don't mean to sound dumb, but I still do not understand the carryover part,  Because my carryover reads $50.06 and I'm trying to understand where that figure came from.  Because, most of my play session for the previous days of last week, I maintained a balance between $50 and $100+, even when I made the $25 deposit. 

When I cashed out, I even had over the max cash out of $100.  Although, I am aware that over the max is voided after withdrawal, but where is the carryover coming from.  Also, does the shop item purchases count towards the promo? I know that is another dumb question, but I am just confused.  Because I have made more than 2 deposits since I began playing between both Slotland and Winaday, but of course the first two were last year or the year before. And I think I was informed they do not count.  But I was just curious where the carryover balance comes from, because usually my endinding balance is $0 from loosing it all. Except this time it ended with $0, because I cashed out and the remainder was voided.

I'm not complaining or trying to put anymore burden on you than you already have.  It seems that way, I apologize. I'll keep trying to read more into to it, without you having to repeat it over and over again.

No worries, let me try again --

1/ Simply forget any other transactions besides DEPOSITS, which is the only thing that matters with carryover in mind.

2/ Assume there is a virtual counter starting at $0, starting to go up with your first post here on the forum, where you say how much and when you deposited.

3/ When you accumulate $250 in deposits shared through this particular LCB forum thread, the counter resets, and you get your $50 LCB cashback (completely separate from any bonuses you receive at the casino itself).

4/ If there is any deposits exceeding $250, they are not lost but simply 'carried over' to your next $250 deposit counter.

Example:
In your first entry for Slotland from Nov 20, 2017 you claimed to have deposited $25.03. Then, earlier this month on Aug 13 you claimed to have deposited additional $25.03. Hence your carryover for Slotland is currently $50.06 and by depositing another 199.94 (or what's left out of $250 minus your existing carryover), you'll earn your first $50 LCB cashback for Slotland AND your carryover will be reset to zero.

Now imagine a situation when, after making some more deposits, your carryover would be e.g. $225 (and you thus being $25 away from meeting the $250 requirement). You decide to go ahead and deposit $100, which puts you $75 OVER that $250 mark. In such case those extra $75 are not 'lost' but get carried over toward the next $250 deposit match. Meaning you end up with a $50 LCB cashback bonus AND a $75 carryover toward your next one (that you would earn when making $175 in additional deposits). And like this again and again, till kingdom come --

I did post your deposits as requested by private message and as notified back to you by private message.  You didn't get your cashback because Jack has gone AWOL.  I have no idea where he is or what has happened but I'm positive he wouldn't abandon us all without good reason.
