Hi Candice,

With blue not being around, allow me jumping into the conversation real quick --

I noticed that sometimes you didn't indicate which casino the deposits were made for, so it's possible that because of this, blue has added these to the wrong brand.

At any rate, I was able to grant you a $50 cashback for Winaday, adding your more recent deposits in amount of $305 to the carry-over of $61 as of Nov 2, which now leaves you with c/o of $111 for WAD. Whereas for Slotland, I see $165 carryover listed as of Oct 26. 

Please, let's work with these figures from now on with you clearly indicating which casino the deposits you post are made for, coz TBH, going back in your posts and matching all your deposits to deposits on our end, moving deposits posted between brands in our sheet, removing past bonuses that have already been played, deducting their amount from future bonuses etc. is just too complicated.

BUT if my understanding of the situation is correct, you didn't loose a penny worth of LCB cashback claims, only some of them may have been attributed to a different brand that some of your deposits were made for. So hopefully in generatel no harm done
