hey daniel and fellow lcb members,

well I'm happy to report that after exactly 5 frustrating weeks of going back and forth with various members of the finance team and a few helpful cust serv reps i received a check via fedex for the cashout that began on feb. 27th. I'm not saying it was the casinos fault for all the unforseen delays, but a lot of good would of come out of a little more knowledge of the correct and incorrect guidelines that the casino follows and of proper follow through with this situation and it's final outcome, instead of the constantly changing answers regarding the cashout process and it's timeframe, or inability to assist me at all thru live chat which would always rudely inform me yet again (as if I hadn't tried to no avail already) to email finance, well when they even answered me at all instead of the common disconnecting response I got 95% of my attempts to contact ANYONE that might be able to shed some light on the hold up. well to make this a bit shorter we finally ended up in contact with johnny who was able to figure out the problem and took care of it.  All in all my only complaint would be the lack of being on top of this issue by following closely thru the entire process (after 2-3 promised results with the same outcome and then acting shocked when I'd contact again next week to see what the hold up was this go round I would get the same response of "check all your accts the money was sent or approved on march 1st" and then it would get looked into and i'd get an answer by the next week) and maybe contact me when they seen an issue before I had to contact them, so I would know that they were already on top of it and trying to fix it promptly. ok ok enough of my complaints all in all it turned out just fine and i've again made deposits with them, so I guess you could say I'm a happy patron, well except after I lose some money, but I get over that too.

oh yeah so here's the list of deposits after all this was settled.

I had $52 remaining and then $309 to add to it for following deposits

The reason why it takes some time is that I'm not an employe of the casino, but of the marketing company that represents them. So first, I'm not always online (now been on 2 day work trip) and then i need to contact the CS, them to credit your and to let me know that it was done.
