    In order to withdraw money at this casino, you must undergo verification.
    I uploaded the documents 2 days ago. I was told that verification takes up to 24 hours.
    24 hours have passed, in the account in the verification tab next to all my documents it says “verified”.


    But I still can’t withdraw money because I get an error that says “Please verify your account in order to withdraw”
    In the chat they say that "Dear customer, I sent your verification request to our relevant team. It is marked as Urgent. Once we have any update, we will let you know."
    They don’t say anything about specific deadlines, although it was stated that verification takes up to 24 hours.
    Then they answered me:"There were some technical error, sorry for the inconvenience. No one is deliberately delaying your withdrawal. We will do our best to fasten your verification process."

    But because of all this, the process of withdrawing money will drag on for at least a week.
    They may not have specifically verified my account on weekdays, as I understand that no one is going to verify anything on weekends.
    Nobody tells me about specific time frames for verification. Also, withdrawal of funds takes up to 72 hours... I'm afraid that even next week it is not a fact that I will receive the money.
    Therefore, I have questions for the representative:
    Why does it say “verified” in the verification section of my profile, but I can’t create a withdrawal request because my account is not verified?
    Why has 24 hours passed and my account is still not verified?
    And why don’t they tell me the exact time frame for verification? (well, except for those “up to 24 hours” that have already passed)
