    The casino is still open, probably your country is in the restricted list. If you visit their website and do not see any game then your country is indeed restricted.

    Germany probably also restricted and USA definitely restricted. You can search the casino here at LCB and there you will see the casino is still open. If a casino is closed you will get a notification as soon you visit the website.

    Correct, that does not mean that the casino is closed, you are just not allowed to play at their casino.

    I had an account with this casino and I too unable to access my account since my country is now restricted. It does not matter anyway, their support is poor, only via e-mail but it does not mean they are scammers.     I did not know you still have money on your account, if it was a withdrawal you are entitled to your money. You can file a complaint here via LCB and they will help you.
