  • I just deposited 2000 pounds with Winner Casino and was given a bonus of 1300 pounds so started my account with 3300 pounds. I played until the account totalled 4300 pounds so I had won 1000 pounds (50% of my original stake without touching the bonus). I then tried to withdraw my winnings of 1000 pounds and the original stake of 2000 pounds. The website would not allow me to do that because I had clicked the bonus button. All I was allowed was my original stake, having won 1000 pounds fair and square. Stay away from this online casino, it is a scam!!

    About 2 years back, maybe longer, members of my household and myself opened separate accounts at Winner Casino to take advantage of the no-deposit bonus being offered. When the multiple accounts were discovered, all accounts were locked away. I then decided to delete all emails from Winner Casino and had the software uninstalled. "1 down...there are many many more casinos out there" I was saying!  grin

    Then came the time when I decided to concentrate playing only at Playtech casinos cos I am much more familiar with their games. Winner Casino was staring back at me...but I couldn't play at it! The registration email had been deleted and I couldn't recall nor retrieve my username. I opened a new account using a new email address but that too got locked immediately. There I was...staring blankly at Winner Casino and not being able to login. Attempts at contacting live chat and casino support all came to nothing...couldn't get live chat...no reply to my emails! Much later on, I managed to get an affiliate to contact the casino, got a reply via email...then silence again. The reply stated that my account has been unlocked and reactivated, but I wrote back saying I cannot recall my username and requested them to retrieve it for me. No reply till today.

    Ah well, 1 down...there are many more Playtech casinos out there!  cool

  • They refused email documents asking for notarized ID via mail, i asked to support 4 particular questions:
    *Your company asume responsability if my notarized docs falls in wrong hands?
    *Do you pay notarial fee + certificated mail from Argentina to Phillipines?
    * Can you show me where said "customer are obligated to send documents via mail post" ?? just said we colud ask documents nothing else
    *Why chat support never advice that situation he only wants my deposit telling me "make deposit and just ask for cashout"

    I gonna contact Playtech by now, this ppl dont want to paid me.

  • guys i withdrew from poker about 400E until now in multiple installments having a profit about 280, all on this summer.  if they have different management on casino i dont know but better transfer your winnings in poker and only then withdrew.

    Sorry to hear that. You need to provide the documents the casino requires if you want them to verify your account. When you make a photo of the required docs it needs to be clear so they can see your picture and data on ID card.  This is what is stated in their T&C:

    The ID verification required by us is as follows:

    a) photographic ID (a copy of your passport or driver's licence showing your name and date of birth);

    b) a copy of the front and the back of the credit or debit card you have registered and used on your Account (you need only show the name, first six digits and last four digits and expiry date; all other details may be obscured); and

    c) proof of address (for example, a copy of a bank statement or utility bill that shows the name and address registered on your Account and is dated during the previous three months) together with such other information as we may reasonably require.
