Yes, you understood right, we still haven't received reply from them. That's not a good news... The fact that there are complaints on other sites regarding this casino and that they are not replying to emails doesn't sound good, but we'll keep trying again. We'll send them another reminder today.

We have received approve on the docs and waiting a feedback on his activity. We were promised to get it by today and we'll proceed with withdrawal if the winnings are legitimate.
