    You are right. These are the restricted countries for the shop offer: Restricted Countries from this bonus: UK and its territories, France, Spain, USA, Ukraine, Israel, The Netherlands.

  • Have bought the Freespins Package and was wondering yesterday why its still not added, (ordered 29.04.) contacted the Livechat, and he told me "Theyre already expired" , but they weren`t even added since :

    Your spins were granted on 30th April and if you don't login within 72 hours, they expire.  The onus is on you to check your purchases have arrived by logging in.   I will ask them to re-add your spins for you.  I'll notify you by private message that they have been reissued (if they reissue them). They likely won't be around until Tuesday now as Monday is a bank holiday in many countries (I don't know where they are located so just warning you there will be a delay).

  • Wild Tornado has lost its place as my favourite casino 

    Free bonuses that I’m eligible for are never added to my account automatically, meaning I have to know: exactly what bonuses are available; which I’m eligible for; if any bonuses are upcoming and what the bonus is!!!

    The promos & bonuses don’t get advertised to unaware customers, available bonuses don’t show up in accounts automatically so the punter has to be better informed than the customer reps in order to claim all free bonuses they’ve earnt.  

    Customer service reps have shown multiple times they are a unreliable source - I didn’t receive free VIP level up bonus for levels 2 and 3, at level 4 I asked live chat if they could do a free bonus because Id gotten to level 4 - not knowing they give a free bonus every level!!

    I asked for my level 3 and 4 spins to be added as they weren’t added at the time. The customer rep told me without checking my account that I was wrong and would have received the bonus. I had to argue my case with him until he finally checked my account history and added the Bonuses I should have received months ago.

    I regularly deposit the RIDICULOUS forced amount of $30 min, betting low and smart but I’m still are yet to withdraw 1cent. Those odds don’t seem right to me...

    I also lost my winnings free bonus winnings of $150 because i was only given 2 withdrawal options; visa(not available to me) and ecopayz, where I don’t even have an account or used; I’d also have to make another $30 depositing using ecopayz before I could withdraw using it.

    Because it was a bonus i had no other option but watch as it expired. You make it so easy to deposit and take money but impossible to withdraw money that has beeen won.

  • I spoke to a Wild Tornado customer support agent months ago and clarified that i did not in fact have a duplicate account.

    The necessary ID documents were provided for both accounts to prove they are two seperate accounts and I was told by the support agent that the issue was resolved?

  • I've played here off an on since they opened.  They offer great bonuses which I used to like to take advantage of.  I just got bonus banned.  I'm not sure why, I've only ever cashed out two times one on some free spins they sent me and another time on a deposit with no bonus that they pulled the "you need to play your deposit through 3x before cashing out" on me.  I should have been done then but I played and lost and lost again.  Now I'm bonus banned.  Makes no sense, but there are plenty of other places to play.
