  • Hello, 2022-03-15 22:34:30 I made a request to withdraw funds 500 eur to BTC.
    The rules say that the withdrawal of funds up to 5 business days. (but there may be delays)

    The first withdrawals were within 5 working days, but now there are occasional delays.
    That time has already passed.
    The account has been verified, deposits and withdrawals have already been made before.

    But if true for the next 3-5 days, then it doesn’t matter, you can also to a bank account (I already had withdrawals to a bank account in your casino)

  • Hej, I withdraw 25/3 and dont get any money ,the supports close The chat so I cant get help, try to mail them but dont get answer, and they cancelled my cashback but I have deposit ca 2500 sek and withdraw 1000 sek IF I even get The 1000,dont seems like that and when I said that they close The chat and I never get any cashback ever

  • Good evening i have a similar situation casino WILDPHARAO  not withdrawing money for almost a month,I sent documents for verification and began to wait,a week later I decided to contact the chat and find out about my withdrawal of money, they wrote to me that I should send them documents for verification I wrote to the operator that I sent the documents a week ago the operator wrote that they did not receive my documents(deceit and lies)I resubmitted the documents and again waiting for my withdrawal of money and again no withdrawal although they confirmed that they received my documents

    ty so much hope they will answer how long will it take for them to replay if they don`t replay what will happened then? l mean a have seen other people that have got there withdraw status processed in like 7days and a have to wait 30days to even get to that stage l mean when a hope it says processed it will take probly 7 or more days to get the money its just so unfair how other can get there money and not me!!!!!!!

They said that processed my withdraw 100 EU to my IBAN 30.05.2022 but I didn't get any money in my bank account.
