    Yesterday we experiment network problem in the datacenter, and if you fell that this problem could make that you bonus don't work fine, that is not a problem.

    We know that all players know that could lose, but fell that this lose is not normally is the worst.

    So, of course I can handle your case and put in your account again ALL the bonus, I can't with the 60 FS of the last bonus because is just one time, but I can put 50 FS in Starburst NetEnt cool.

  • in The 30x waggering needed you included my initial depositing so i had to wagger 15+15+ winnings from the free spins. but when i was credited the bonus and the free spins it should be 15x30 + winings from the free spins x30 not including also the deposit.     I got my second cashout rejected/terminated. I won 100€ from a No deposit bonus and in order to withdraw that I had to make a deposit first. I made a deposit of 10€ and cashed out my 100€ winnings (which is max) and received it. So I had 10€ left in account and I asked support if I can get a bonus added, support said no probled and added me a 10€ bonus. I managed to run it up again and at the end withdrawing the 100€ and soon got this email, all the funds were removed from the account:

    So as much as I can understand is that the 10€ I deposited was a "price" of a withdrawal, is that a normal procedure with those bonuses? I mean if max cashout from a bonus is 100€ and I make a 10€ real money deposit, it totals 110€ right?

  • How on earth should I know that was an error? I asked support for a bonus and they gave me one, that's your mistake not mine! In that case every bonus could be a "mistake" and no one gets paid in the end because we didn't realise it was a mistake by YOUR staff? And no, you also took the 10€.

I also got 2 bonuses that was great but i never heard someone that withdraw from your casino. That s why i m thinking it s suspicious. why don t you secure your website and get genioune games and then everything will be ok.

  • In all my years playing, i have NEVER been treated so poorly. Such disregard for your paying customers.

    For my 3rd deposit i received 200% bonus. Only to have my balance $741 disappearing from account. Conveniently when i had a few spins left before completing their wager requirements. First live support kept me in chat for over THREE HOURS because she was waiting for their support team to reply. Without updates nor end in sight i cursed and closed chat. I was able to have the funds re-added but had to complete playthough all over again. Not surpringly, i lost the $741

    The Wpoints rewards page may as well be written in a foreign language because i couldn't make sense of it. All i got was after all that deposit and game play... i got no points to claim. When i asked live support, her answer was completely irrelevant. English not being their first language i understand. But it was completely off-topic!

    I should've followed my instinct and the advice of other LCB'ers and steered clear.

  • Hello and thank you for the concerns you have shown here.  It is of little to no comforts for some i'm sure.  However for my own peace of mind, I would like to know what happened as well.  

    How and why was I disconnected when it did and what happened to the initial funds I had.  Where did it go? And why was the first live support girl couldn't work out my issue and the second one could easily? One look into my games history and look into my last spin's details, cross checked that I hadn't cashed out but my balance is zero. Please do excuse me but I thought it was pretty simple.

    I would've been fine if I was told to be patient and a support email will advise me further. Instead I was kept in live chat waiting and numerous times, completely ignored without any updates despite me asking to "please update as to what is going on!" Now I apologised to her already and I will again apologise here for leaving the chat the way I did. There is a lesson here for all of us here and I can only speak for myself.

    As stated in the email. "ALL OUR BONUSES EXPIRED IN 3 DAYS..." hence why my balance disappeared.

    Firstly I received the promo email on 28th and claimed it on 29th. What you are saying is I was cut off from playing and bonus money revoked because it had expired. It clearly states that the bonus was valid from 27th - 29th. Even with our time difference, I think it is unfair that you would send me the offer a day late and cut me off a day early?
