  • VipClubPlayer already made up their minds that they wanted to steal the $5k, in fact I'm sure they aren't paying out anyones winnings. It was lost money the moment you register with their website. Classic scam, you can deposit but then they won't payout any withdrawal if you win. You need to BLACKLIST them instead of asking criminals to return money they stole. They're criminals its what they do they're not going to just pay it out, they want to enrich themselves through theft.

    It's interesting that at least Casino Guru actually did a neutral investigation but all LCB does is automatically accept whatever a scam casino site says and side with them. Goes to show what kind of a site LCB is.

  • LCB moderator do you have any response as to why you haven't done any kind of NEUTRAL moderation of VipClubPlayer's theft of my $5,000 and why LCB simply automatically sided with scam casino websites? I originally posted this seeking a NEUTRAL moderator from LCB so that this scam site can be blacklisted and instead all you've posted is "well Vip Club Player's decision to steal your $5,000 is final so that's that" but your not going to blacklist them? Why? Does LCB get kickbacks from this site when they scam people out of thousands off dollars?

  • This is the worst casino ive ever come across.  Their live agents are hit and miss and will ignore you or end the chat extremely fast.  Ive sent over 12x emails to 2 different emails they give you and you will not get a response back by the way.  i whole heartly feel this casino is a scam so please becareful. 2 months i havent got my withdrawal and speaking to a manager is impossible. They pretty much wont let you talk to one literally.  I didnt think casinos actually did this type of stuff but for my first (digits7) and second experince with negative input.  This is terrible . 2 months they wont send me my withdrawal.

  • no its not verified according to them and they ask for my address verification ,, so ive sent them through the weeks sir i mean almost everyday i can screen shot my "sent" gmail  . but ive sent them my phone bill which has my address on it like professionally , ive sent them my bank statement which has a address on it i even sent them my Food stamps  from the governemt letter with my name and address on it to to of their emails. SUPPORT and VIP emails ...Ive had over 13 agents tell me they will notify that department . i even sent them the bank statement address on the chatroom

    THan they say my withdrawal is canceled but never returned the funds. and i did another withdrawal on the 20th last month and their saying its canceled but yet on my side its says "withdrawal pending"

  • Here's a link to what a real neutral moderator looks like. The Casino Guru moderator actually investigated, and they provided a different reason then the one they just gave you. They claimed I had no completed the rollover then they got caught in a lie. Ultimately Casino Guru found that they stole the $5k. Why did they reach such a different conclusion from LCB?
     

    But you Bjerk it's so obvious that the scam site Vip Club Player can just make up whatever they want and you will quickly accept and rubber stamp it without doing any vetting to see if it's true or correct. These scammers stole $5k and you endorsed their decision so what does that make you? Is it worth the advertising money LCB gets from this criminal scam site to know that your being dishonest and working with criminals that scam unsuspecting customers?

    We have to say that we do not take any side, but take into account the facts and evidence, and the evidence we received from the Casino proves that there was a violation of the rules, because they sent us the complete transaction history of your game. Based on that, we can only draw a conclusion. We decided to open the appeal again and sent the casino a few more questions that could help in the final decision. Can you send us a screenshot of the email via private message where you received confirmation that the wagering was completed?

    Since the Casino does not respond to complaints from us or members for a long time, we will suggest that it be tested again and if it does not meet all the requirements, it will only then be put on a warning. If they don't answer, unfortunately we won't be able to help you.

    I would like to add the following if I may please. I personally believe law0451 and that this casino being the sister site of SLOTS VILLA CASINO that their may potentially be someone within this casino trying to pull wool over the jswqzs.com moderators eyes on this one. I obviously don't know all the details as they won't allow public displaying of these documents given to the moderators for review. That said, to me why not supply them or at least do so to the player if not the public. Failure in providing these to the player account holder is super shady and to me speaks volumes as to this casinos intention to be forthright and upstanding in their dealings. Other things that draw serious concern for me in evaluating the intentions and integrity of a casino are things such as customer support to live chat support not being able to answer questions or communicate within the casino to other departments or have the availability to view emails or documents in relation to accounts within the casino or such things as specific to withdrawals or knowing any such thing about the department that handles withdrawals and that you need to contact them via email. By putting practices like this into account they can give them vague and generic responses back once you contact through email and often receive a pre-generated response back a numerous times not even answering the question at hand taking often days if ever to be answered putting further delay into any kind of resolvement ultimately this results in a win-win for the casino and a lose lose for the player and the casinos know this and those casinos that do this type of thing and are better yet cuz he knows that allow for no uploads through their live chat support so that you might reference what it is and what you speak of so that they have to have a hard answer for what it is you're showing them by not allowing for this upload it allows for vague and easy outs for the casino again at the end of the day allowing for a win-win for the casino and a lose-lose with a player it should be the other way around when the player wins it should be just that a win instead of but ultimately becomes a complete and utter loss of sanity time and patience and this is what the casinos hope for and that the person will eventually just get tired and go away after enough run around 4 months often isn't worth $100 for instance for a no deposit win for someone to take 4 months and countless hours to sit there and fight over I simply fight over this to let others know what I believe to be shady practices from shady casinos fortunately I haven't had to deal with many because of the likes of jswqzs.com and being able to see through these potential issues prior to ever registering with such likes of casinos like VIP slots player and Slots Villa. I think Brooks doesn't find job and I think if anything it is this casino's attempt to defraud or cool wool rather over the eyes of LCD and it's moderators and I would not put it past these individuals to do that in my experience I think their actions and lack thereof and again as stated here no managers you can ask they will not for whatever reason allow you to speak to manager I don't think there is a manager I think it's a group of small individuals that run within this organization that seem larger than what they are besides pretty it's all nice but again at the end of the day they have no license they don't stick to their terms and agreements or their own kyc AML verification policies they kind of do what they want and it's very evident and in my experience and the many black listings of this casino throughout many different review sites is very towing and I do think if anything else jswqzs.com will be making the correct decision if they in fact decide to anonymously test this casino again they will get the same result as the rest of us who have complained previously about this casino and it's practices I strongly believe this to be true I wouldn't be doing this and putting all this time into this if I didn't believe this to be truly true and I don't like people that scam others this is 4 months of my life hours of my time and to them it's $100 and they don't give a damn about their players in my personal opinion. But you cannot get mad at jswqzs.com or it's moderators as they are only going off of what they are showing being shown by this casino however again I would strongly strongly suggest that lcd.org not believe everything they're shown or everything that's said by this casino and it's Representatives. Because at the end of the day they are not and what I believe to be on the up and up in any kind of fashion and I think that this really needs to be seriously taken another look at and hopefully I never leave blacklisted I don't care if I get $200 but I do care that somebody else is not good they're wasted 4 months of time and or their money at 10 times the deposit amount even if you hit a jackpot ridiculous to be paid this casino site is absolutely abominable and needs to be blacklisted by lcd.org and that is a first step to see that his $5,000 my 100 and all the others before us and in between that have experience the same thing and just not reported not be all for not and hopefully if LCB.org BLACKLIST this Casino affiliate karma will be all the payback necessary for all of us who have lost all we have lost when really all we did was simply play by the rules and when at a shady rogue endeavor and establishment.

I just would ask that you prevent that from happening yet once more by giving VIP club player Casino and Slots Villa Casino the warning label on your site that I wholeheartedly believe they both deserve.

  • Requested a winnings redemption on July 23, 2023 for $300 via Bitcoin. I then submitted all my KYC documents and was approved/ verified shortly after. Finally VipClupPlayer requested my Bitcoin Address to process my payout. I've yet to get my $300 in Bitcoins. Sadly that was a month ago and still nothing and it's without explanation.

  • I signed up with VipClubPlayer on a NDB. I met the playthrough and the max cashout was $100.00. I submitted the documents they requested and waited. After about two weeks, I received an email from the banking dept requesting I send them a new BTC address as they said mine was invalid which wasn't but whatever. So I opened a BTC wallet, sent the address in text form along with the BTC picture with address. Here we are weeks later, and no deposit, no responses through email, and now when I go to the website it says I am restricted.
