  • I have already sent it 9 times. I sent it again and was told by your online agent that It was received. I then contacted them yesterday and they said it was approved and my deposit will happen. I then got on today and they said they never received it and by the end of the chat they had received it. They then closed the chat and ignored me. I have all the video proof showing the chats I had and the confirmation of my CAF. This is very fishy and I will report this if I don't get my deposit today.

  • Ya I'm at the point where I'm reporting this casino. I won $2000 with my own money and not with free money. I have them telling me numerous times I would get $2000. They have lied to me over the week and now they won't give me the $2000 that is mine. If it doesn't get fixed today I am reporting this with all my evidence. I'm done with all the lies and them doing this to me. 

  • They just screwed me out of $1700. I'm very pissed and this is what I consider a scam. I used my free chips then purchased my own. When you go the withdraw if there is a max on your account and you withdraw over it then it automatically take the rest of the money and gives you what you rate. That didn't happen and I was told 3-4 times I was getting 2000. Now all of a sudden I am only getting 300. I want to report this because this is stealing and I won't put up with it.

    As per our Terms and Conditions, a player can withdraw 10x times of his deposit. As you have deposited $30, your maximum withdrawal would be $300. So kindly raise the withdrawal by following our T&C.

  • That's crap!! I used my own money but like usual I get scammed. I was lied to for weeks then told I was getting 2000 now I'm not. So I want that 300 by tomorrow. I'm done playing games I have all the evidence I need and my lawyer said just let him know when to push this forward. This is ridiculous and is look like a scam more and more.

  • Ok I'm reporting this as fraud and canceling all my transactions. Do not play on this site the customer service is the worse I've ever seen and they do not pay you what you win.

    Can you tell us please what you submitted to the casino as a verification request?

    This is what is necessary:

    "A copy of your passport, identification card, or driver's license, each with a handwritten note containing six randomly generated digits. A second photo of the user/face customer's is also necessary. Except for the date of birth, country, gender, first name, second name, and image, the user/customer has the option of blurring out all information. This allows protecting their personal information.

     

    Proof of Address

    • Proof of address will be done using two distinct databases and two different electronic checks. If an electronic test fails, the user/customer can manually prove the document.
    • A recent utility bill received to your registered address, dated within the previous three months, or a government-issued official document proving your state of residency.
    • Please make sure the document is delivered in a clear resolution with all four corners visible and all content readable to make the approval process go as quickly as possible.
    • An electricity bill, a water bill, a bank statement, or any other government mail addressed to you, for example. Depending on the scenario, an employee may do further checks.

  • VipClubPlayer casino, I won $5k and provided all documentation. They emailed me that I was successfully KYC verified, but then never paid me out. I tried emailing them over months asking what happened with my withdrawal and they have completely ignored. Pretty clear they just don't want to pay out winnings, they just want to take people's money but not pay out. This site is a straight up scam, they are criminals. I would love to know if there is a specific company that runs this Vip Club Player scam operation, what country and jurisdiction specifically, sometimes you can locate attorneys abroad especially when you speak other languages like I do.

    We have observed that you haven't met wagering conditions yet on your first deposit on which you have raised withdrawal.

    Mean while you have deposited again and has some balance in your account. Hence we are unable to cancel your withdrawal as it breached $5 clause violation.

  • VipClubPlayer asked me to wager another $49k which I did. However, even after completing this wagering they asked for they still are refusing to pay out my winnings. In fact they sent me an email saying they deleted my winnings, and offering to refund my deposits. I guess this is a scam site, if you lose they keep your money, but if you win, they don't pay your winnings and just refund your original deposit.

    Looking at the screenshot you sent us, we see that they said you violated the T&C, and if we look officially on their site, it says that for every new promotion you claim or new deposit, the balance on your account must be less than $5. It is highly recommended that you read the T&C carefully before using the bonus or before making a deposit, so that you do not encounter such problems.

    We will close this complaint and mark it as resolved.

  • Hi if you could reopen my complaint, and blacklist VipClubPlayer. They clearly scammed me. See here a link to the Complaint I submitted against them on ******

    They lied and said that the reason they didn't pay me out is because I did not meet the rollover, but then I admitted on the chat that I did meet the wagering requirement. They even sent me an email confirming I met the wagering requirement. They have also made up stuff like above saying I deposited again and breached the terms which it a lie as I never deposited again. They keep making up different stuff each time. "they said you violated the T&C" yeah and they are LYING. The real reason they haven't paid out is simply that they don't pay out any winnings and just want to enrich themselves by stealing people's money. They should be blacklisted on LCB.

    VipClubPlayer just lied trying to make up different reasons each time, and when they got caught in a lie, they stopped answering the moderators questions. VipClubPlayer is a scam site run by a bunch of criminals and they should be blacklisted, I doubt they are paying out anyone at all.

  • Here is a screenshot showing the moderators conclusion, finding in my favor and describing how VipClubPlayer simply stole my $5k then lied that they didn't pay me out because it didn't finish the rollover when they know I did. I bet this do this tactic with everyone that wins. Collect money from people but don't pay anyone's win, classic scam.

    Casino Rep got back to us and said: 

    "The player made a first deposit and requested a withdrawal without finishing the wagering requirements. The player made another deposit while his withdrawal was still ongoing. The player has been cautioned by our staff via our email and on your forum too that if he cancels the withdrawal request he made on his first transaction, it will be combined with his second deposit and might result in a $5 clause breach. Therefore, our team also offered him a reset of his account. Due to the player's move to cancel his withdrawal, his initial deposit got mixed up with his second deposit, which resulted in a $5 clause breach."

    We reviewed all the provided proofs, so we will be closing this case and mark it as Resolved.

     

  • I signed up for an account with VIP Club Player June 5, 2023. I used a free chip promo. I completed my playthrough. I deposited $30 and I'm still unable to withdraw my winnings. I'm being told to verify my email address, which I have tried to do so numerous times. I receive no emails from VIP Club Player casino. I've reached out to them via their website chat and I'm only told that they have escalated the issue. I've still not heard back from them. I have no idea where my $30 went. Nor my winnings. All 3 representatives that I spoke to advise me to email [email protected]

    As we can notice, you are not able to withdraw because your account has not been verified.

    According to their T&C:

    -Copy of front and back of any government issued picture ID (Can be Passport, State or Country issued ID or Driver’s license)

    -Proof of Address not older than 3 months showing player’s full name, address (matching the account information) and issuing date (Utility bills such as cable, internet, telephone, mobile, cable, gas, DTH connection, electricity, municipality or Bank/Credit card statement.

    -Copy of front and back of every card used to deposit in our site (Card number first 6 digits and last 4 digits must be clearly visible) for your own security please cover your CVV number.

  • Cassidy, do NOT send Vip Club Player any money, they will NOT pay out if you win. I won $5k and they never paid me out even after confirming that I completed the rollover requirement. They are a scam site and run by a bunch of criminals.

  • No, they should be Blacklisted. Why would you just accept anything that this scam site makes up? Its all a bunch of bs and if you look at the case opened on **** they provided a different reason; they lied that the rollover was not completed.

    Now they make up that they "cautioned" me not to cancel a withdrawal request. I never cancelled my withdrawal request. So apparently, a website can just steal a players money, and then make something up and LCB will just accept whatever lies they make up. "We reviewed all the proofs" what a load of BS you should be ashamed of yourself.

    We understand your frustration, but LCB never had a problem adding a casino to the warning or blacklist.  If we decide that they should be on warning, they will be.

    Many factors are taken into account before adding a casino to a warning. 

  • VipClubPlayer does not pay out ANYONES winnings, they are just a bunch of criminals, and shame on LCB for quickly accepting as true the fake stories they make up to appear legitmate in not paying out withdrawals. For example, they make up that there was a "$5 clause violation" when there was not. LCB should have blacklisted this scam site a long time ago. SHAME
