    Nice to see danish casino up and running again but....

    How come still no withdraw to skrill since you take deposits from there just fine.

    And is there more to come? 6months to add nemid and thats about it of changes i can see at the website, besides some slots is gone.

    Was really expecting more after 6months waiting for a rebuild for the better and bigger library of games, and its saying you offer hundred of video slots but as of right now its only 25, i know your do on international casino but false advertisement for danish customers.

    And how come none direct link to http://www.verajohn.dk/slots in the top banner you gotta read the text on the bottom and click "banditter" to even get there cause there is 3 slots we are allowed to play but if you dident notice none would ever be wiser.

    You have several valid pointers and I'll direct them to the right persons. Having promos for games that are not playable shall not be an issue and is definitely something that must have been overlooked.

    Now I've spoken to all the relevant persons and here's how it is:

    The Danish site wasn't down due to a revamp, the site was down and had a major system overhaul to be compliant with Spillemyndigheden's rules and regulations. Now when that's done, VJ can start to move forward with developing the Danish site.

    Skrill - no problem to withdraw funds to Skrill, just send an e-mail to support and they'll help you. Tech is working on implementing the functionality to withdraw funds "automatically" and that will be in place in a near future.

    The number of games offered has everything to do with the different games suppliers legal rights to offer games on the Danish market. We're confident in saying that we'll be able to launch more games soon.

    Regarding the other issues I can assure you that they have been forwarded and will be taken care of ASAP!  smiley

    I hope that this helped and that we in time will be your preferred choice of casino.

  • Ok - so yesterday i did my ID and did some deposits and today i did a few more deposits - then i hit this beauty on jack and the beanstalk - *image below*

    And now i try and withdraw and there is still no moneybookers options - and live chat offline until 3pm CET time sad and i tried calling and emailing, no response

    I hope that information about sending an email and they process to skrill works, i hope so, i will just now have to wait 3 more hours - im not very happy that there support is offline basically 16 hours a day and is only available for 8 hours, this is crazy - why do they only have support for 8 hours sad

    Please can you ADD SKRILL TO WITHDRAW OPTIONS - THIS is the only method i use now for depositing and withdrawing

  • I got my withdraw now - when the chat came on at 3.15pm CET they did it after a hour of me speaking to them in support.

    Luckily the withdraw was above £50 so i didnt get that £5 fee, that fee is disgusting, there should not be any fees for withdrawing sad

    that is the only bad thing i have to say about this casino, is the fact that support is only 8 hours a day and the £5 fee for withdraws below £50, oh and the fact Skrill isnt in the withdraw options page too sad

    I have a long time account at youre casino and play a lot but now sinds 2 wks my account is closed cause of ip adresses that are from strange locations.

    I am happy with. This but i want 2 open it again but ive been called a few times from vj asking me for my id with me holding it next my face and when i chechek the number later it is a suspicious number from den haag.

    So can we get this worked out from here because i dont trust anything ?

    The account was blocked as a security measure due to irregular activity on the account. In order to secure the safety of the account and personal information of the player certain steps were put in place:

    2. Phone verification
    3. Face ID
    4. Reopening account with the requirement of the player changing the password
    Vera&John’s office is based on Malta however the NL phone line is linked to a Dutch number in the city of The Hague. The number starts with 070 and ends with 595
