Hi Ryan! I hope I can get a reply regarding my issue here. I encountered a problem with Vegaz casino recently. My win was confiscated according to the term:

"Bonus Terms and Conditions applied to your account:

1.13 Bonuses offered by Vegaz Casino are only intended for genuine recreational players. Abuse of the offered bonuses will not be tolerated. Vegaz Casino reserves the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock any account if abuse of the bonus is suspected. In case of abuse, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity and wins will be revoked and annulled and the deposit is returned.

1.6 Vegaz Casino reserves the right to cancel / change/stop promotions at any time without prior notice.

We have decided to revoke your bonus eligibility and retract your winnings generated with the help of our bonus. We have left your initial deposits on your balance, intact."

Isn't it unfair to let the client play with bonus and confiscate their winnings afterwards because casino decided to. I want to get my full win please and I will never use bonuses after that!

Sorry for the late reply. We’ve had the chance to look at your case thoroughly.

Please note that we take our Terms and Conditions seriously and you cannot register in our casino without agreeing that you’ve read casino’s T&C.

Moreover, in your case we are focused on clause 1.13 of our Bonus Terms and Conditions where it states that “Bonuses offered by Vegaz Casino are only intended for genuine recreational players. Abuse of the offered bonuses will not be tolerated. Vegaz Casino reserves the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock any account if abuse of the bonus is suspected. In case of abuse, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity and wins will be revoked and annulled and the deposit is returned.”

Your account was followed closely and investigated by our finance team since it was suspected that the bonuses were being abused. After their investigation concluded it was deemed that your account indeed hasn’t been using bonuses for recreational purposes.

Therefore their decision was to enforce clause 1.13 of our Bonus T&C and revoke the winnings of your last deposit (with bonus) and return your deposit back to your account.

Furthermore, as per clause 1.6, we reserve the right to cancel/change/stop promotions at any time, hence the decision to revoke your bonus eligibility.

As mentioned, after taking into consideration all of the data that was presented to us, we had to take action and enforce our Bonus Terms and Condition and revoke the winnings (putting your deposit back in you balance) and revoke your bonus eligibility.
