    Very sad but the casino is falsifying the payment history. I was just checking it by myself and this is what I spotted. All the proof has been sent to you in private. Just shortly, the casino showed to you the transfer of 1 500 EUR that was approved on 15.11 at 20 33. This is a bank transfer that gets approved in a 2-3 days period after the withdrawal is claimed. My deposit was made at 20 22 that day. Now the casino wants to say that I wagered my bonus that has the wagering of 90 times and got the status of approved withdrawal in ten minutes.....  Really ????? Let's all laugh together.......

    Right now waiting for my documents to be approved ... And after that ofcourse I hope that withdraw wont take ages :)

    Was in live chat and they congratulated me with my winnings and told me to be patience ... 

    I read on another forum about this casino they are super slow with verification and withdraw ... I Just hope I will get the money (and a Little bit more speed in the process would be Awesome ofcourse)

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative regarding your withdrawal. Here's what she says:

    "The player received €10 euro free chips as part of an affiliate welcome offer, and won €1048.34.

    He has been in contact with our support team and they asked him to upload his documents which he did on Saturday the 18th of July 2020 and they are in the process of being approved.

    Once his documents are approved he will have to deposit a minimum of €10 and he will be able to withdraw €150 as per our terms and conditions.

    But as of now he has not even asked for a withdrawal.

    I have also asked someone to contact him and explain this all to him."

    Please let us know if you've been contacted by someone from the casino.

  • I logged in today to look about the status of my documents and saw that they are approved. I couldnt ask for a withdraw until the documents were approved ... So now I tried to do so but indeed I saw I need to deposit first before I am able to request any withdraw.

    The casino didnt contact me at all so far ... Also not to explain anything ... In live chat they even said I would be able to withdraw my full balance and not 150 euro ...

    But I wont make a fuss about the amount ... 150 is also nice (cause its for free)...

    So I need to deposit!? And how about withdraw; is that also possible to a ewallet there? Cause livechat told me yes ... but I also read somewhere that its only through wire transfer?!

  • To add to my story (And I know I probably am forbidden to post this link here, but I need to prove it)

    The affliate where I found the bonus 10 euro for the casino and which I followed the link from (>Link Removed by Moderator Dzile, reason: affiliate links are not allowed< ) states clearly there is no maximum in withdraw.

    They probably dont have the correct information, but it might be something to research for the casino? Cause I cant deny Im a little dissapointed to see almost 900 euro vanish into void..

    We don't know what are the T&C's of that bonus which you've claimed through some other affiliate since we can't find it on the casino site. You would need to check that with the affiliate who posted that bonus.

    However, the Casino Representative told us that the maximum cashout from that bonus is €150. And yes, she said you would need to make a €10 deposit to be able to make a withdrawal.

    Regarding the withdrawal options, we can double check with the Casino Representative if it's possible to withdraw the money by using E-wallets.

  • Allrighty ... Made the deposit of 10 euro with my neteller just now ... Just to be sure I played 10 spins at 1 euro on a terrible slot (but I wagered my deposit now hehe) ... Tried to withdraw; but doesnt work yet because of the fact the system didnt process my deposit yet internal ... Allright ... I was adviced to try again in 15 minutes

    Since it is first withdrawal it can take up to 7 business days, but it will be sooner probably. However, system approves it automatically so I can not tell you the exact date.

     

    I hope it will be quicker than 7 workdays ... Crazy timeframe

    I made the withdraw and received it ... After that happened my real money balance didnt go void or whatever ... As of this moment I still have 488 euro on that balance ... But I cannot withdraw it (since my max allowed withdraw is zero euro hehe) ...

    I was in the live chat about this and what the purpose is of the 488 euro ... .Then the magic words were spoken; I can withdraw it in a few days .... Because I won from a bonus I cannot withdraw it all in once but in parts ....

    Is this true?! I ofcourse hope so ... after all; its real money balance ... 

    Can you maybe help me figure this situation out ?! 

    Another person on live chat would consult the financial department and mail me about it ... But this has been more than 7 days ago now hehe ...
