  • Thank you for your email, and the sent documents, however, we can not accept the provided documents, as those do not meet our regulatory requirements for verification purposes, as are screenshots of documents.
    Please note, that we can not accept a cropped screenshot of an email sent to you by another casino about a withdrawal. We need a proper statement from the casino of your winnings, please contact them, request it, and send it to us in the original, casino-generated document. Furthermore, we can not accept screenshots of the original PDF documents that you sent for your bank statement. In case you have an original bank-generated PDF, please provide us with it. We need a 3 months bank statement in an original bank-generated PDF document for the past 3 months (November, December 2022, and January 2023), showing also the winning from the other casino among all other transactions in that period. Please send these documents, and in your reply, in your own words please specify, describe and confirm how you are getting your finances (as being a student) - for example, student loans, parents helping with finances, etc.

    This email is what I get for a 100 euro deposit. I mean it's clear I showed the win and the bank statement.

    Could you please help me what they want exactly. Because I am just getting generic reply's.

    It's scandolous for 100 euro deposit.

    Unfortunately we can not help you if you don't provide them with all valid documents.

  • Magical spin is closed at the moment for norway how do I get this. 

    Showing them 12.000 euro in withdraws should be enough for a 100 euro deposit.
