  • Well seeing how they haven't responsed in over a month I knd of gave up on them. And I always figure if it feels like pulling teeth to get a really stupid small measly bonus that realisitcally doesn't get rolled over 99% of the time then imagine cashing out a couple grand. 

    But anyway no nothing in the spam.

  • From my experience here
    At first, I thought this place was pretty good. Plus, they have a shop on LCB to choose from and I patronize them regularly. There are a lot of games to choose from. The problem is that I didn't get the bonus from the deposit or anything else. They will put it on me retroactively in that case. But it seems that the game website is slow in some cases recently (note I compared the same provider, the same game with 3-4 other casinos that I play regularly). I just have some feelings, so I don't stick here. I play here only occasionally.

I want to withdraw a small  amount and I send them my document (ID, Bank Statement and Bill ) more than a week ago, I send the document twice per email and uploading on the website and I got no respond. The Live chat says I should wait a bit more. I want to say that I deposit here a few times before but this is my first withdrawal transaction.

    Could you clarify what happened, Is this about the Shop spins? DId you opened the slot and saw 20 spins, instead of 25? Or did you just talk with their support?
