    I'm going to contact my bank and dispute every single deposit I've ever made to this casino

    i filed a withdrawal request for 400 which was adjusted to 100 bc it was a bonus (and I understand that) but I show nothing pending and the rep said it was already sent.  Can someone help find my withdrawal and send me a verification possibly?  Thanks for all your help.

  • So does the purchase or deposit bonus count toward this as well?  Bc what happened was that I made a deposit and with the deposit received a bonus lost that - which to me is all part of the deposit and not a bonus then they gave me a bonus which I then won with.  I have gambled and withdrawn from other casinos under these circumstances.

    Casino Rep got back to us and said that this case was resolved on the 17th of October 2022.

    Also said that their Support Team has explained to you why the withdrawal was declined.

    We will close this complaint, because their decision is final.

     

  • I was playing at Lucky Creek Casino, while I was playing I accumulated wins up to a couple thousand $$, so I withdrew and then played a free loyalty bonus, this loyalty bonus got down to $1.47 and was no longer enough to cover my bet, at this point I was prompted to deposit it I wished to continue playing. On my transaction statement it said that my bonus was considered "lost" and was no longer active. I reverse withdrew $214 and won up to $6500. Upon requesting withdrawal, they only awarded me $100 of the $6500 claiming that I won it off of a free bonus. Let me remind you that my transaction statement said the bonus was lost and no longer active, also the bonus amount was not enough to cover my bet amount. I never even dropped down to below $1.47 so I never even used the money that was left from this bonus anyway. The fact that they are refusing to pay me is ridiculous and completely unfair.

  • I was playing at lucky creek and I had won some money and then went to withdraw that money. After i made the withdrawal request, I then claimed a free bonus. Off of that free bonus, I got down to $1.14 which was less than the spin level I was betting on my slot game. I was then prompted to deposit money in order to continue playing, so I did a reverse withdrawal of $500. I then got down very low off of this amount, I'm talking down to like $0.80 and then I reverse withdrew $250 more. I then won $6500 but they will only honor $100 of that withdrawal because they claim I was playing off of a free bonus. This is absolutely scandalous and totally bogus. every time I asked to speak to someone higher up in the company I was told that my case info was given to the supervisors and that they would have an answer for me in a few days. I waited a few days just to be told by the same agents that the supervisors decided against my complaint and said that I was playing on a free bonus. Not once did anyone higher up ever contact me or try to contact me in anyway, shape, or form. This is quite frustrating and in my opinion is a very good reason to blacklist this casino or at the very least be very careful when playing here and do not claim any free bonuses so that they cannot try and pull the same shady moves on you.

  • If you look at this screen shot, you will clearly see that my balance got down to $1.42 on the free bonus, I then reverse withdrew $250 and played that down to $7.92, they are saying that I was playing off of a bonus balance because the $1.42 was left there when I reverse withdrew, but clearly you can see I played $240 meaning that bonus should have been considered finished. But no, they claim that if I deposit money into my account while a bonus is active, my balance gets applied to the bonus balance. It's totally horse crap, they are scammers and cheapskates for sure.

  • Also, you can clearly see that my balance before I got the free bonus of ,$30 was $1.97. so when I played it down to $1.42, that means that the $30 free bonus had already been played through. They won't even acknowledge my requests to have this information reviewed. They beat around the bush and tell me a supervisor will make a decidion

  • I can provide all the screenshots showing every single transaction I made during the time period in question and if you follow the transactions, it clearly shows that I won the money from my own money, not a free bonus, they just didn't want to pay me out so they just told me a lie and then hoped I would just keep quiet about it. Clearly they are not trustworthy.

  • I sent this back in July when this issue was new, I also just resent the message to you. I never heard back from anyone so I created a new complaint, not noticing that my original complaint had just been moved to a different thread. But I have a hunch that there will be no resolution to this case, as they have made it quite clear that they don't intend on doing anything about this matter, although they are definitely in the wrong.

  • I was playing in lucky creek casino for a real long time and I went to log in one day and it said my account was blocked I just spoke to customer service and they said it was due to me making a 20 dollar deposit on May 16 and may 17th of 2020 and then requested my deposit back and they said I even emailed them on May 18th requesting my deposit back and they said it was done from a bank that I no longer have and I know for a fact that I was not the one who made those deposits on that bank or any other bank. And they refused to let me dispute it they said even if I did dispute it I would never be allowed to open another account with them and they straight told me I was a liar and that I did make the deposits and that I did send the email requesting my money back. And every time I tried to deny that was me the rep that I was speaking with kept saying so you mean to tell me that this wasn't you and we have it all here on file and I kept saying yes that's exactly what I'm saying and he kept saying we have it here on file and I kept saying that it wasn't me someone must have hacked my accounts because I've had it done before on other accounts and he kept saying no no no that's not correct we have it all on file. His name was Hadley and I felt so disrespected and so humiliated that he would have the audacity to pretty much call me a liar and tell me that I was incorrect in my information and facts.
