DANGER! This company is SCAM! They stoled my money. They only accept deposits and not pay winnings of customers! The worst bookmaker/casino which can to exist. I recommend this for nobody. Never you must to choose Tipbet for to register and place your money there, or you will to be playing without possibilities of to have profit and win money. DANGER!

Since the moment a bonus has rolled over, it becomes real money. The customer can withdraw and re-deposit one minute later, as he can stay with it account. Either way, he can continue to play and win more, which will have no relation to the previous bonus. Even more so when the customer then makes deposits, wins new bonuses and makes thousands of other bets, which also turn into real money sometime when the new rollovers end

In desonest mind of heads them, if the maximum winnings is 100, and the player to win 100 and withdraw, and if 1 year after of this the same customer to re-deposit this 100 and to win for example 300, Tipbet will to remove this new winnings saying this new winnings was from bonus amount

This is patetic, stupid, idiot way of to think and work! This not exist in any other bookmaker! This is full steal money of customer! The way more desonest of to steal winnings of one honest customer! Without any reason logical!

Just the will to steal money, just the will of the site to get more and more profits, regardless of whether you need to go over the most basic principles of honesty

When I finished the rollover, with a balance of 119.56, I did not withdraw, because at the moment my account has stopped being bonuses and has become real money, am I right?

I am an old site user, depositor and with thousands of bets made. I had never made a withdrawal before. However, recently I participated in a promotion where I would win a bonus and would have to meet the conditions of playing his value multiplied by 10. The maximum winnings after the rollover was 100.00. OK no problems

So I started playing, I stayed days, weeks, months playing. Normally. Until I was able to fulfill the difficult and heavy rollover. This is the worst casino and sportsbook site ever. He stole my winnings from me. They do not have money to pay players who make a profit. Firstly, I let you to share and foward all my personal details and the present case for yours partners as too to MGA (Malta Gaming Authority)

The issue:

I participated of one promotion 15,00 freebet

Terms and rules are in thousands sites on internet, searching by bonus code "EXTRA15"

This promotion have a rollover of 10x 15,00, in other words, rollover of 150,00

One big and hard rollover couting only multiple bets of 2 or more selections of 1,80 odd minimum each

I completed this requirements in full, as prove evidence of bets:

As stated in terms and rules, the maximum profit with this promotion is 100,00

In image screenshot above with bonus details and bets settled using this bonus, I completed the rollover with one balance of 119,56 profit

In other words, with one extra 19,56 only about the maximum profit

In moment of rollover completed, I waited those 19,56 to be removed of my account as exist that limit. This not happened

I sent mail messages to support, reporting this and requesting a manual remove of those 19,56. This not happened

Then, I believed to can continue playing and using my account normally, depositing and making news bets on sports games

I did it. I done deposits and thousands of others bets, as I too win new bonuses about my deposits during all that time

No problem happened. Nothing of message from support Tipbet for long time, long days period. All was running fine and I depositing and playing, happy

I some moment after days depositing and playing thousands bets, my balance was in 522,56

I resolved to do withdraw of part of this amount

For my surprise, the Tipbet removed 464,00 of my account, manually. A absurd in my mind

Why didn't they removed that 19,56 in due moment after the rollover completed? Why to wait days, to wait customer to do deposits, to win new bonuses, to do thousands of other bets?

This is a failure of support or of system. This wasn't my failure as customer, I advised about that 19,56 aditional on limit

I cannot to be penalized for this. I am a honest customer and did all my part, playing, depositing, participating of offers sent to my email address

It is inadmissible for an honest customer who trusted the site to put their money to be harmed by an internal site, support or system failure that did not automatically remove those extra 19.56 or even manually after being warned by me

I ask for help from LCB team while expecting honesty and fair play from Tipbet staff, to return those 464,00 that have been removed, back to my account, for me to can continue playing on the site with this balance, which I have honestly earned by playing, depositing and participating in various promotions on the site

I hope everything was just a system inconvenience and can be fixed with the return of the value that was removed, 464.00. And I will be updating everyone here as soon as the case is solved by Tipbet. I want and need to believe that this is an honest company

If your casino username is as stated in the previous post (Lohyol), please be advised that there is no need for duplicate posts. We tried reaching out to the casino, but they never replied to us. Therefore, we have no updates for you.

Hello I am from Bangkok, Thailand.
I have an account at tipbet.com and my username is maimai99.
On the first week on December 2021 they asked me for Source of wealth then I submitted it on the next day. After a day or so they told me by email that the document was not accepted. I emailed them back asking why it was not accepted but they did not stated the reason.
So I asked a live chat person and uploaded the documents there.
After a day I received and email saying that my documents was again not accepted. But again they did not tell me why though.
My document is very clear and shows the page and corners and the date is valid. It shows all the information lie my full name, address, date and shows payslip on the top right corner of the documents.
I don't know what is the problem with my document because they won't tell me and won't reply to my emails and messages.
