  • I've been waiting on a payout from those Duckers for a month and 5 days. It was approved and docs accepted within a couple days of requesting it. Since then, it says pending and if I ask support about it they copy and paste a standard 'keep waiting' reply.  

    Meanwhile, I requested a withdrawal from Juicy Vegas and it was approved, docs accepted and payment made to me within 3 days....and thats why Juicy now gets my money instead.

  • I've been waiting on a withdrawal from duckyluck for a many days now, and every time I've contacted support I've been given different "reasons" for the delays.   Everything from "new systems being updated" to the most recent one being "the payouts go out in large batches due to the fact that we rely on third party arbitrages to prevent volatility on the final amounts if a sudden exchange rate variance between BTC and fiat money take place."

    No one on support can give me a timeframe as to when the withdrawal will actually process, even though emails have nailed down times that have come and passed already - the most recent from last Monday, assuring me it would be taken care of in 24 to 72 hours at the latest.  That was five days ago now.

    If someone could contact the site rep for me on here, I would greatly appreciate it.  I've deposited there a few times, and this is my first withdrawal (all paperwork completed and confirmed to be received by them).  I really was hoping it would go smoothly, but thusfar it has done nothing but discourage me from playing there in the future.
