  • I verified my account about a week ago and finally a couple days ago I won about 800 dollars I requested a withdrawal on the 18th at 2am and since my account was already verified I was told by support that my pay out would be processed and sent today, so I contacted support today and I have had no help I just don't understand why they would tell me they would process it today and not do it. In 3 hours it will be 2am making it 48hrs, also when I asked the support agent if my withdrawal will be processed by 2am all he said was "hopefully". Also in no way shape or form did I ever use any type of foul or bad language but the support agent literally told me to watch my tone and that they don't tolerate foul language, when I told him I didn't not once use foul language he responded "good". Very unprofessional customer service. I'm going to attach some screenshots of the chat.

  • So the bitcoin was sent at 8 this morning and I haven't received anything I have constantly been checking the block chain for confirmations and now the last time I checked it the transaction has been removed from the block chain meaning it was rejected most likely due to low fees, so the bitcoin is still in your wallet and I still have not received any payout can you please get it resent ASAP this is a horrible feeling I shouldn't have to deal with this now I probably am gonna have to wait even longer I'm so upset I'm literally shaking becuase I have no control and there's nothing I can do, besides wait and hope somebody does the right thing.
