       Two days ago I requested a withdrawal for $605 out of the $630 that I'd won with my own money NO BONUS!!!
       I've been chatting with your Agents trying to get an update. 2-3 Agents told me that it was being processed and now this last person I just spoke with is telling me that per the notes on my account, I won't receive my payout until July 17, 2023. 
       First of all, per your own policy and processing times, the Standard processing time says it could be 24, 48, or 72-120 hours. NOWHERE does it say that we have to wait 8 days to be paid out!!! And not to mention that using Bitcoin for your method of payment is "SUPPOSEDLY" the quickest way, which is how I deposited my funds into my Casino Account.
       This is NOT my first time winning at Duck Lucky Casino,  so my information is and has already been verified. I won a few months ago and was paid out within 24 hours, and that was a much higher amount, so I don't know what the problem is all of a sudden, but someone needs to be issuing me my money!!! 
       It's already bad enough that the last time I won, I was told that I no longer qualify to get or receive bonuses, free spins, or free chips, so as you can see, I won this off my own $40 that I deposited and my own luck. And now y'all got the nerves to tell me that I won't be paid out for another week!!!
       ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING THAT MONEY FOR MY BIRTHDAY WHICH IS JULY 14TH AND NOW YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO RUIN THE ONE SPECIAL DAY SOMEONE HAS ALL YEAR!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE CASINO!   • There is no reason why my payment hasn't been sent yet. The last time I won at their Casino, in March, I was paid out within 24-48 hours. They claim that being paid by Bitcoin is the quickest way yet I'm being made to wait a total of 10 days to get paid. Well that's way more than 24-48 hours. These people are just being ridiculous holding people's money hoping they do a withdrawal reversal so they don't have to pay people but I'm not reversing anything. I want my entire $605!!!

  • This seems so fake to me. The prize is so big and so often and the winners are a huge secret.  I feel like I have been scammed. Deposited so much and never ever won any raffle. Im guessing players aren't the ones winning. Probably the casino money laundering tactic. Secret drawing winners? Bullshit.

  • Your response is frustrating. The only acceptable response they need to prove someone is actually winning these massive prizes. They need to state in the terms how, when, and where the winners will be announced. 
     

    I would like you to take a look at their "vip program" and find something that is actually true. No you do not get a personal host when you are a high roller crypto elite. No you do not get special gifts from your non exsist ent host, no you do not get customized bonus packages. Apparently you don't even get a birthday chip. 

  • I asked the casino multiple times and they make up the same excuse... we protect people's privacy if you win u will get an email.  However on Twitter winners to everything is announced. Even winners of this contest. Go to Twitter and you will see that Ben H. Won the monthly contest in may. But where are the other monthly winners? And the weekly winners? There are none. I have been depositing daily and every single week thinking I might win a drawing that is 100% a lie. They have one person the prize and yet they continue to advertise This on the website.

  • it seems the casino does not understand their terms and conditions. This rule simply means that if a player reverses a withdrawal from a free chip and places the money back on their balance the casino does not consider this to be a new deposit and the original bonus terms apply. This is standard rule seen in many casinos. What Lucky duck does not understand for some reason beyond my comprehension is that they allow all players to use a coupon which is a match coupon. By definition including ducky lucks website all match bonuses are combined with a DEPOSIT. No where in the rules of this bonus does it tell players there are any restrictions on the types of withdrawals a player can reverse. It leads everyone to believe all reversals count. not to mention there is no way to even tell what your pending withdrawal terms are. Unless you have a fantastic memory. By allowing players to use this coupon which they are allowed to do, the casino this now becomes a deposit and new coupon terms would apply. Any gaming attorney on this planet would agree. This casino has predatory terms. They intentionally allow players to do something in which the only option is to lock them into an additional playthrough with no chance of winning and most likely causing them to lose there original withdrawal for no reason at all. 

    most casinos do not consider a withdrawal reversal back on the balance alone to be considered a new deposit. that is literally all that paragraph states. It becomes a new deposit when it is combined with a DEPOSIT match bonus. 

    This casino needs a lot more clarification in writing if they expect any reasonable person to know bonus rules based on that one sentence which has nothing to even do with a match bonus. Match bonus changes the winnings to a deposit.

  • I really hope people are careful at this casino. i am not sure if it is intentional or if the people running the casino are just completely ignorant. 

    "Withdrawals of funds earned from Free Chips or any other No-Deposit type of promotion can be reversed and placed back into a players account at their request, but the maximum cash out amount on these funds remains the same as on the original promotion."  PLEASE LISTEN CASINO!!! THIS RULE IS ONLY TALKING ABOUT REVERSING FUNDS JUST TO CONTINUE TO PLAY UP THE BALANCE. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE THE PLAYER WOULD HAVE NO RESTRICTIONS THUS IT IS A RISK FOR THE CASINO TO LOSE MORE MONEY. 

    Now anyone who is even slightly familiar with common casino rules will read this the exact same way I do. Now most casinos are not nearly as vague, but all this means is that the casino allows you to reverse withdrawals and place them on your balance. If the reversal is from a free chip and it is placed on your balance (nothing more)  and you continue to play, the casino would not consider this a new deposit and the original coupon terms would apply. It doesn't say, but based on the fact that is specifies free chips i would assume this means that if you reverse anything other than a free promotion ( deposit match that had a max cash out for example) and simply place it back on your balance that is fine. You are no longer tied to original bonus terms. Regardless, this rule is nothing other than reversing and putting winnings right back on balance and nothing more. 

    Here is the problem.... the casino is using this rule and applying it to completely different situation and using it as a justification to steal players winnings. This is a common casino rule. Most online casinos don't consider a withdrawal reversal that you just simply place back on your balance as new deposit. The reversal would not be considered a new deposit unless the casino allowed you to use a match bonus with those funds. Just Placing back on balance - not a deposit. It becomes a new deposit when the casino allows players to use a match bonus with the reversal. TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT SITUATIONS! It really is not that complicated. That rule is not referring to reversing a withdrawal and using a match bonus. That is a not the same situation. In fact the likelyhood of the player losing all their original winnings trying to complete another playthrough is extremely high. It is literally the point of the bonus lol.

    Rival Software rolled out a DEPOSIT match bonus that can be used "with a $25 deposit or by reversing a withdrawal" 

    This shady casino allows and encourages players to use this coupon on all withdrawals. Players will do this over and over losing all thier withdrawals trying to win more. Then the rare chance they win by reversing a withdrawal. the casino takes all the winnings and claims that rule 6.8 applies. Rule 6.8 literally cannot apply if the match bonus rules apply.

    The casino says well yes you can use the bonus, however there is no chance you can win, infact really the only outcome is that you lose it all. They try to say that the max cash out from the coupon you had prior to even requesting the withdrawal applies. 

    I swear this is a lawsuit just waiting to happen. 

    Casino... everyone but you understands that a reversed withdrawal is not normally considered a deposit if it just placed back on your balance thus original max cash rules apply (ie. not a deposit) . Everyone but you also understands that when you allow this reversal to be combined with a match bonus it is in fact considered a new deposit. You cannot offer players to use a match bonus and tie them to a 40x playthrough and be fine with it the 100 times over and over that they lose all their original withdrawals, then take their winnings should they ever win. This is theft. 

    If you not want to allow reversals to ever be considered new deposits with new bonus terms then do not offer players match bonuses for all reversals.

    Please just understand the difference between just placing on balance and old bonus terms apply because this is not a new deposit and understand that match bonus changes this into a deposit and new bonus terms must apply. 

    There is not a casino in the world that will say otherwise. most casinos literally says exactly this "a reversed withdrawal is not considered a new deposit and a match bonus will not be applied" ..... because everyone but ducky luck and slots and casino comprehends that allowing match bonuses changes this to the same this as a NEW DEPOSIT!

    PS i believe like 40 other casinos use rival software and have this bonus. So far you are the only ones robbing your players because of ignorance.     is NOT what it says in your terms and conditions. You questions and answers section clearly states that a match bonus is ALWAYS used with a deposit. 

  • How can you have require players to obide by bonus terms and by 6.8 when using a match bonus when they say two completely different things? How can a player obide by new bonus terms and old?

If I placed money back on my balance I am fully aware that the original max cash out terms apply. That's all 6.8 says. By allowing players to use a match bonus you are saying they must follow the rules of the match bonus and the terms and conditions and it is not possible to do both. Because the match bonus clearly states that NEW TERMS APPLY. So why do you allow players to use a bonus in which the only option is that they lose all their winnings?
