  • Hello dear forum I have problems with gangsta casino they gave 100 free spins for voting on Askgamblers ,before receiving the bonus I contacted the operator find out the conditions of this bonus the operator wrote the maximum withdrawal amount and that a deposit is not required for withdrawal and you can withdraw money to Bitcoin after successful wagering of the bonus I put money for withdrawal but the casino refuses to withdraw money for seven days.their operator misled me writing that a deposit is not required for withdrawal and the casino administration does not withdraw money,if their employee lied or misled me, I no longer have faith in this casino

    As you got your bonus without a deposit there are no deposit methods inside your account so it is no matches between your deposit(you don't have it) and withdrawal methods. "withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used to fund the account"

    Please provide a minimum deposit to move forward on the KYC procedure.
