    Proof of Address not older than 3 months showing player’s full name, address (matching the account information) and issuing date (Utility bills such as cable, internet, telephone, mobile, cable, gas, DTH connection, electricity, municipality or Bank/Credit card statement. Please provide them with the documents that are mentioned in this post and you will not have a problem to verify your account.

  • What I am trying to say, is I have done everything as requested and required and yet still denied approval! May I then ask if in your opinion if the document submitted is a bank checking statement? (Please reference past forum post dated July 07, 2023  03:12: 08 pm hrs where you will find upload of the banking document I submitted) have done this..Every time for past 2 months now been denied ..Let it be known I submitted a checking statement from US Bank and less then 3 months old and they denied it!

    Our opinion here is irrelevant, Casino has their own rules and terms and provided us with the clarification what is necessary to submit for your account to be verified. You did not submit in the form that they asked you for. Please send them proof of address in some of above mentioned form, it's not negotiable. When you do what is required from your end we assure you that they will not have a problem to verify your account.

    Sorry, but confused as to what form you state is needed? Sorry, but unaware of any form. I thought all they needed further was a proof of address document. I submitted my entire monthly banking statement for this purpose. They are saying it is not a statement when it clearly states statement date and debit account summary for monthly statement period.

    As we said, they are not accepting this bank of statement form because they consider that as informational page, it can not pass their security check system, so they kindly ask you to provide them with one of this forms ( Utility bills such as cable, internet, telephone, mobile, cable, gas, DTH connection, electricity, municipality or Bank/Credit card statement). 

    We are not Casino side, and can not influence their rules, but we can suggest you what to do to speed up the process. Please send one of above mentioned forms and we are sure that you will be verified as soon as possible.

  • I have done everything plus they have asked and nothing is sufficient ever! They didn't accept my other bank statement either said was from financial services. They say they will accept monthly banking statement and that is what was submitted! I opened the damn US Bank account specifically for this purpose! What is informational about it? Why won't it pass their "security check?" According to their own KYC/AML policy procedure proof of address verification isn't even necessary given my status and min transaction amounts? It states on document "statement period dates." Keyword STATEMENT!

  • If they are stating my monthly bank statement is informational document because there is an "information you should know" section on the bank statement they should know this is on every monthly statement of US Bank monthly banking account  statements and just because there was no transacting history for the month does not negate it is a monthly banking statement! I scanned and submitted the entire document of 4 pages total 2 of 2 page bank statement document both the fronts and backs of both pages!

    We understand that you are frustrated and we are really sorry for that, but we can not help you with this bank statement, they already said that it can not be approved with this provided document, so please try to send them Utility bills such as cable, internet, telephone, mobile, cable, gas, DTH connection, electricity, municipality .

  • I  do not have utilities in my name any longer at this residence. Therefore I submitted numerous bank account statements  from 3 separate banks. All denied again 6 different reasons why they don't accept FINANCIAL STATEMENTS to NO ONLINE BANK, to INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENT NOT A STATEMENT and on and on and on!!!!!! Further, my mobile phone is through provider Boost Mobile and was told by chat support would not be accepted. I went to US BANK and opened up a safe debitchecking account SPECIFICALLY for the purpose of appeasing and complying with this casinos conditions. Now they are telling me my monthly statement received is not a statement? MORE THAN FRUSTRATED!!!! However, that said I realize there is little you can do and truly appreciate everything you have done regarding this long drawn out issue with Slots Villa and I. As of now I hope everyone who searches this casino might see this forum and all the subsequent post and see to stay FAR FAR AWAY from this casino!!! THEY have been blacklisted by numerous sites and I have spent countless hours .     I do understand what they have said regarding the document submitted. That doesn't make it right however necessarily as my stance is and has been that the document submitted is a legitimate banking statement and there is no reason for it not to be accepted as address proof. It is very clear and was scanned and sent in pdf format for easy and zooming in of the submitted document. Again, another 12 days to only receive yet another reason and another denial of KYC verification address document. Further, what am I to submit exactly as I have submitted over 8 desperate documents now regarding KYC address verification.   • I understand your hands are tied and that you may only suggest solutions to resolve the issue. So, I figure if nothing else at least forum members and all others that view these post concerning Slots Villa casino can discern for themselves wether the US BANK document is or is not a Bank Statement and wether or not it should be accepted as such or not as a valid document for KYC verification or not. I know it is and should have been accepted. Remember, this document was in fact accepted and verified previously by a " new employee!" Only to be rescendded over a week later. Mind you, this revoke was only once I began to press then the issue of them paying out on my requested $100 withdraw still pending following the KYC having finally been verified following 2 months of numerous document submissions made. Bottom line, this is exactly what I am saying it is and that is, that Slots Villa casino is not on the up and up! Further,  If you  can no longer help me regarding this matter I completely understand. It is very unfortunate it has required your involvement at all.     Still can't get them to verify my KYC address verification. They last stated that the document was not clearly visible. So I again rescanned and resubmitted the document only to be told yet once again the submitted document wasn't clearly visible. I made sure there was no clarity issues mind you this most recent time and yet still they state the document is not clear. Give me a break!! Check it out ... Clearly visible?     Condor Aff is very strict when it comes to verification. I've checked the screenshots you sent and the documents are not clear enough. You need to make it clearer so they can read necesssary info. Please try it again.

  • Hello again lcb moderators- So on the 5th of August, 2023 I received my KYC verification approval from Slots Villa Casino. Upon checking with support later on that day, I was told I needed to again submit my Bitcoin wallet address for approval and that this process would take 2 to 3 more business days. Well it has been double that amount of time now and I still have not received this approval. I received this approval of my Bitcoin wallet address back on July 7th of 2023 already, but support staff stated it had again expired/lapsed and therefore needed to do a resubmission. So again I did so on the 5th of August and today is now the 11th of August and is well past the 2 to 3 business days as stated the process would take. Further, was told on the 5th of August that after receiving this approval it would take 7 to 10 more business days to receive the payment. Although on Slots Villa sites terms and agreements it states within 4 business days not 7 to 10 business days. I don't know if there is anything you here at LCB.org can do on my behalf to expedite what has already been over 3 months long wait since my initiation of my withdraw request made back on April 26, 2023 .     I would like to add the following if I may please. I personally believe law0451 and that this casino being the sister site of SLOTS VILLA CASINO that their may potentially be someone within this casino trying to pull wool over the jswqzs.com moderators eyes on this one. I obviously don't know all the details as they won't allow public displaying of these documents given to the moderators for review. That said, to me why not supply them or at least do so to the player if not the public. Failure in providing these to the player account holder is super shady and to me speaks volumes as to this casinos intention to be forthright and upstanding in their dealings. Other things that draw serious concern for me in evaluating the intentions and integrity of a casino are things such as customer support to live chat support not being able to answer questions or communicate within the casino to other departments or have the availability to view emails or documents in relation to accounts within the casino or such things as specific to withdrawals or knowing any such thing about the department that handles withdrawals and that you need to contact them via email. By putting practices like this into account they can give them vague and generic responses back once you contact through email and often receive a pre-generated response back a numerous times not even answering the question at hand taking often days if ever to be answered putting further delay into any kind of resolvement ultimately this results in a win-win for the casino and a lose lose for the player and the casinos know this and those casinos that do this type of thing and are better yet cuz he knows that allow for no uploads through their live chat support so that you might reference what it is and what you speak of so that they have to have a hard answer for what it is you're showing them by not allowing for this upload it allows for vague and easy outs for the casino again at the end of the day allowing for a win-win for the casino and a lose-lose with a player it should be the other way around when the player wins it should be just that a win instead of but ultimately becomes a complete and utter loss of sanity time and patience and this is what the casinos hope for and that the person will eventually just get tired and go away after enough run around 4 months often isn't worth $100 for instance for a no deposit win for someone to take 4 months and countless hours to sit there and fight over I simply fight over this to let others know what I believe to be shady practices from shady casinos fortunately I haven't had to deal with many because of the likes of jswqzs.com and being able to see through these potential issues prior to ever registering with such likes of casinos like VIP slots player and Slots Villa.     Just keeping you updated on my pending payout from SlotsVilla Casino. I resubmitted on August 5th,2023 my already approved on July 7th, 2023 BTC wallet address again for verification per the casinos request. Again was told 2 to 3 business days then on the 10th of August was told payout would be within 7 to 11 days. Today I notice nothing has changed regarding payment status on their site so I go onto live chat support to inquire once again as to a status and again, I am abruptly closed off for a second time within a matter of 20min and my question again went unanswered again. Further have received no email correspondence back since August 5th,2023 even after several emails sent to both KYC department and Support department via email. I'm uploading most recent live chat transcript showing the afformentioned chat with this casino.
