I previously made a deposit of $20.71 after seeing a 100% casino reload that I wanted to take up as well as the other 3 promotions currently available including the "Earn Spins!", "Privee Blackjack" and "Elevation Blackjack".

I don't have a screenshot at the moment as live chat has always resolved the issue of manually adding the bonus for me. 

I rung up live chat and Laurynn was on the other end. I asked to match my deposit and she replied with "It was already applied" with this 100% being a "stale promotion". Funny that this promotion was up earlier before chatting with her and all of a sudden it "disappeared" from my promotions page leaving me with only my deposit!

I went further to ask her if it's possible to have it matched as a gesture of good will as I believed this promotion existed and so went to deposit to get to this said bonus. She couldn't accommodate the mistake made by SIA. At the time I didn't know who to reach out to until a few hours later a super admin led me here to you.

If SIA can add this bonus I'd greatly appreciate it, otherwise this was deception! Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about your experience.  I have our team looking into what might have caused this issue.  We certainly want players to have a great experience with our promotions.  While we investigate this further, our team has credited your account with a bonus so that you can continue to enjoy the casino.

Hi SIA, I made a deposit for $30 for the 100% Casino Reload - Friday Only. This has always been a problem for me as I have to contact chat each time these 100% offers appear. The bonuses aren't applied automatically.

My problem is when claiming this offer I spoke to Avery who mentioned that the bonus only applies to the 1st deposit I made today ($20). However, this aforementioned offer didn't appear a few hours later from when I made another deposit causing me an inconvenience.

I do enjoy the experience at SIA but these issues dampen my chances to make deposits.

Thank you for reaching out to us.  I’ve reviewed the promotion with our player marketing team and as you’ll notice, this particular promo had a minimum deposit of $100.  It was a new promotion starting last week, which had different terms than the previous promotion.  I see that even though there was the $100 minimum that our team still issued you a bonus on the first deposit.  If you have any further questions or would like to discuss your account one of our customer service agents would be happy to assist.
