  • Just 10 minutes after request was created, Sekabet rejected it (3rd time it happened like this) with the message (attached) to use Neteller (and my original request was via Neteller). Unbelievable...

  • Sekabet finally payed 2000 eur via bitcoin method. Somehow, they preferred bitcoin withdrawal although for last months they were instructing me to use Neteller. Both methods are fine with me generally as long as it is processed.

    My initial wish was to withdraw fully because I was not getting any payments and any responses from them for so long, but I was not able to withdraw bigger amount  because their payment tool doesn't allow more than 2k to be entered in withdrawal amount field. Also, after waiting for so long, my initial need for 1k is not sufficient any more, it beacame much more urgent.

    After all, it is the money I have deposited to their account and I believe it is their obligation to process it timely, according to my request. Especially, I don't understand the ignorance -  constantly not reacting to my questions.

    Finally, now I submitted a new withdrawal request (2000) and waiting to see whether they will decide to start respecting me as a client and maybe to improve their trustworthiness.

    Specially, I would like to thank Sydney because the support I received was extremely crucial and really effective!

    I will continue to update on this forum as I still have around 3000 to process - I believe it will be useful for other members on web to judge about Sekabet reputation...

    I wonder how they most often propose to limit withdrawals at $ 12k or euros or pounds per week and take this eternity to process these payments that ultimately are ours.

  • There was another payout, processed in bitcoins, at one moment they decided to play fairly regarding it. However, immidiately when I started to hope Sekabet will close this unpleasant story by processing my last withdrawal request - this one is stll pending. No feedback from their side yet. I think fast withdrawal policy would be best possible advertisemet for similar sites because then people would also depositing more relaxed. Whenever you experience so many problems in withdrawals, I guess it is quite logical for people to be extremely cautious...

  • I can confirm. Finally, I withdrawn the amount. I need to emphasize that without Sydney being so persistent it would be mission impossible. My opinion about Sekabet didn't change, they should be avoided totally and there are some many proofs confirming my opinion. And to summarize: it was not about me having some big winnings, so they tried to avoid payment. Majority of this money came from my deposits. And for return, during entire period, I didn't get a single reply from Sekabet. They don't care about customers at all and their operations will erupt soon in very negative way. Also, Sekabet Terms & Conditions are mentioning court jurisdiction of Montenegro. Well, this could (and should) be triple checked also. They don't respect their own T&C at all, they don't respond to official complaint (also part of T&C), they don't respond to questions... Conclusion, whoever is playing with them needs to be aware that there is no fair play coming from Sekabet and there is zero protection for a player. Without pressure I would not get a single euro, so all credits go exclusively to Sydney.

  • ...and not to forget: they also locked my account so I can't access it anymore. It was not my intention at all to play with them in future but this also shows customer treatment (there are rules about how it should be done and in which cases and how to communicate such a decision). I guess they don't wont to see proofs of their behaviour coming from my account but the screenshots were taken before they locked it and those are available.

    We had problems with Sekabet Casino before and placed them on Warning due to extremely slow payment processing, rude and unresponsive rep. and fake and unlicensed Novomatic games. 

    And yes, clause 33. LAW AND JURISDICTION in their T&Cs states:

    '33.1 These Terms of Use shall (subject to paragraph 23.2) be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Montenegro

    33.2 The courts of Montenegro shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the Terms of Use.'

    but we don't know if any of this is valid either.

    They had Curaçao eGaming license seal on their site before, but I've just noticed that their license is invalid as of today 24th August 2018.

    We'll contact Curaçao eGaming Authority to investigate this further.

    In the meantime, please stay away from this casino. Threre're plenty of good and reputable brands where you can play. Please make sure to read casino reviews, check if the casino has any warnings, read the casino T&Cs and stay informed before you decide to make a deposit.

  • Hello everybody! I am new to this forum.

    I requested withdrawal many months ago without success. My account is fully verified. Tried via Skrill but it was pending for months, tried via Bitcoin but it was rejected. Live support said I need patience, via email I got no response at all.

    Latest activity was in oktober (see screenshot), all of my balance is supposedly transferred with success. I contacted the live chat again and they told me Sekabet stopped accepting players from the Netherlands. Unfortunately I have never seen this money on my Skrill yet. Live support told me to send email to [email protected], I did but they don't reply at all.

    Can somebody here help me please? Thanks in advance.

    The problem is I have never received it at my Skrill account and that's the reason for my complaint.
