    Whats going on with your issues/ problems?  I havent still got my 1st cashout to my bank. And another cashout is still pending ( has been 2 weeks now).

    Today is last banking day for this week and you promised all problems would be fixed by today. But it seems otherwise.

    So please, explain what is really wrong and when will I get my money? 

    I also pm´d you for this but havent got any answer.

    I am also waiting for my payment to bitcoin, I pm'd you and you said that by the end of this week the problem with the payment will be resolved.
    But I still haven't received my withdrawal
    Yesterday you added new payment systems (Skrill, Neteller, Rapid) - that's commendable and cool, but shouldn't that mean you have to deal with previous payouts first?

  • Hey ovaaal and others also! Just found out that there is dozens of players not being paid and waiting for their cashouts. For me it seems now that they are not even going to process our cashouts. Chat support only gives runaround-answers. Empty promises has been given all this week now. There is no chance to get in touch with "payment department". No problems take 2 weeks to solve. If they´d wanted they could have manually processed all cashouts through different methods. 

    And also its in this topic that payment-delays has been going on from the day they started. Thats not normal. And in this kind of case, it should be casinos number 1 priority to handle this and keep players informed much more better asap. Now nothing is told and its impossible to get any more info for anything. 

    So just for everyone to know: DONT DEPOSIT AT SCATTERHALL or SPINPIRATE atm!!!  They dont pay if you win!!!

    And for LCB-mods: would there be a chance you´d put some warning for these casinos (at least temporarily)  about these payment issues ? So no-one would lost their money

    Casino Rep contacted us and said that they still have a problem with Noda Payouts and that they are working on it every day and that it should be solved by the end of next week. They apologize for this delay but they are doing everything in their power to solve it as soon as possible.

    BUT I think Scatterhall is lying and they cant be trusted. No way any problems will take this long to solve. And i have also suggested for them to process my cashout with different method for example Skrill. But they dont answer to this at all.

     

    And also another lie from them was those goodies they promised. No one has got them.

    I think they are trying to take as much money in they can for couple of weeks and then they close it all up and run with our money. And for that reason I also sent information about this situation for their license holder.

    We received information that they still have problems with the same payment processor and that they will inform the players when it is resolved. They asked for a little more patience and hope that everything will be fine soon.

  • Heard today from other forums that Scatterhall is not going to pay any cashouts to anyone. They have dozens of unpaid cashouts to players at the moment. 

    Hope no one would deposit there anymore.
