  • I tried the 100 chip, and actually won, won a lot! I was playing through the games randomly just to get through my playthrough and trying the new games. Well, I played a few rounds of keno, they let me play keno and usually casinos pop up and say "game unavailable due to bonus" anyways, I only played a couple rounds and didn't even win anything on keno at all, and continued to skim through the games until my playthrough was done. They rejected my withdrawal because of the keno... Didn't even win anything on keno, hardly even played it. I was just trying out the games at new casino and getting through my  play through... Apparently, the hundred dollar chip is slot only but they will allow you to play anything. Casinos like this are shady and the only reason they allow you to play anything is so they can reject your withdrawals for any of the reason as they did mine... after winning, I thought this would be a great new casino but casinos that allow you to play invalid games and turn around and reject your winnings because of it, I feel is shady.... especially when it was obvious that I was just playing all the random games until my playthrough was complete. if you play here, make sure you pay attention to every little rule because it's one of those places that will do anything to reject you winnings.

  • Yeah but most casino block you from playing games, and besides, I would understand if I actually won on the game. But I was just trying out the games and won all my winnings on a reg slot… I would think customer service would be like future reference, you need to pay attention to terms. Considering only played a few rounds just to try the game and it had no effect on my winnings for my play through…. But whatever… I feel like casinos whom do that are just haha gotya! No winnings for you! lol… but it’s all good… I have deposited many times the last few days…. Casino is ok I guess… haven’t received free chip or anything for depsosits but did get couple free spins….     We reviewed your case and sent you an email around 12 hours ago. Basically, what happened was that you deposited $1.17 worth of BTC. Our casino's minimum deposit is $10 but we still try to accomodate players who erraneously make smaller deposits.

    However, in you case the amount of 0.00001985 BTC was so low that our crypto payments processor rejected it due to falling below their minimum BTC payment threshold of 0.0001 BTC. I believe this might have been a typo on your part, and you might have been trying to deposit $11.70.

    We have sent you the screenshot from our payment processor to your emaul address. I am happy to share more details with you either on email or here on this forum.

    Well they do claim in the bonus that max cashout is 88, but as for the terms, were they terms of the bonus itself? I play there a couple times a week and haven't had any issues so just curious 

  • I won the no deposit bonus last night .. upon trying to withdraw I was told I needed to deposit 10$ .. fair enough.. so I contact support through message and email explaining my plan to withdraw and deposit the next day.. I was sent something about after 7 days u lose money

    I think you should give them another shot! Your experience was very similar to mine but they made it right and went above and beyond to make sure that I knew that they are in it for the long haul... I wouldn't be surprised if you get an email from them with a chip added to make up for the bad game play. Their servers couldn't handle the massive amount of people joining and they've been working around the clock to fix this issue... this has become my go to casino!

  • I am currently very dissatisfied with Ritz slots. I'm being told I have multiple accounts associated with my IP address but I have ONLY ONE account. I'm unable to withdraw my winnings, imagine that, for that reason.  It really pisses me off that im being denied for that reason when I know for a fact that I have only one account. $100 is not going to make or break this casino! It's ridiculous!
