Thank you for your message.

Your account was blocked with accordance to General Terms & Conditions paragraph 13.6. It was stated that your account will be blocked "permanently" after you will withdraw all your funds from your account. When funds were successfully withdrawn on 5th of May you have received confirmation e-mail where was clearly stated that your account will be blocked "permanently", which means that you will not be able to play at PropaWin Casino or Sportsbook anymore.

However on 19th of June you have contacted a member of support team asking to unblock your account and providing misleading information regarding your stated living address and actual living address. This shouldn't been done from your side because you have been informed that your account is closed permanently. And as your Terms of Use have been terminated all we could do is to refund your initial deposit made after unblock of your account. Which was done and deposit was transferred to your account.

Therefore I kindly ask you to remove existing complaint from this forum and consider this issue solved.

Why was tommir99 account closed in the first place?

Account was closed with accordance to PropaWin Terms & Conditions point 13.6 that says:

"We are, at any time (and notwithstanding any other provisions contained in the Terms of Use), entitled to close Your Account and terminate the Terms of Use on written notice (or attempted notice) to You using Your Contact Details. In the event of any such termination by us we shall, subject to paragraph 13.7, as soon as reasonably possible following a request by You, refund the balance of Your Account."

Player's winning was paid in full amount and after that account was closed permanently.
The reason for closing account can't be published on forum because it may attract attention of players who are looking for a winning strategy at sportsbook.
