Small amounts do not require full verification and confirming documents, thats why his first cashout have been processed and photo of northPETE card have not been requested.After his big win we requested for photo of his card and found that he was not the card owner, so we confiscated northPETE winnings and refund all deposits which have been made from not his own card.

I have been waiting for three hours for my bitcoin deposit, despite there already being 18 confirmations, they won't credit my account with the funds. I have had this happen three other times this week, without being warned or notified of the problem by the casino.
It's really annoying because the fees to send just 100 euro is between 15 and 19 euro, taking a 15% bite out of the deposit each time.
When they then delay my deposit, it's like i spent that money for nothing!
so frustrating!

The funds were finally credited to my account, but it took 20 hours, with no explanation or compensation for the inconvenience and stress.
Also,i opened an account at Bob Casino, because I learned it was affiliated with playamo. I use bitcoin to deposit, and for some reason, it was not giving me an address to send to load as euro, only as bitcoins. I had received an email saying that if i deposited and used code "BEHAPPY" i would get 100% bonus and 100 free spins. So i deposited, but becasue i'd deposited bitcoin, they would not allow me to have any bonus.
So, i redeposited, this time using the euro address to send my bitcoins, and entered in BEHAPPY, (the code was entered successfully, it was green and it said "your next deposit will use this code.") but when i deposited, the code was not honored, there was no bonus whatsoever. I contacted support and they chat host told me that i could not receive the 1st bonus and wasn't going to give me any bonus at all (again) until i reminded him/her that i should at least get the second depsoit bonus. But now, looking back, i feel very upset that you guys didn't honor your offer of 100 % bonus and 100 spins to my first ELIGIBLE deposit.
it is really upsetting that you guys are not honoring your promotions and emails to your customers.

The casino already explained the reason why your account was closed. They returned all your deposits as well. We got in touch with them again today and they said that their decision was final, they closed this case.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can always file a complaint to their regulatory body. There's nothing more we can do for you. They clearly stated in their terms that you can only use your own card.

I've had multiple hassle free deposits and withdrawals from Playamo and other Direx NV Casinos.
