Hello, i have a concern about PCF casino as i just played them again after a while without receiving emails or promotions. I used to stream it with friends in the past on twitch and we streamed there for promotions and to play book of dead and other playngo's as we were allowed. We played lose some win some and got our cash outs never had issues.

Today i receive an email offering unlimited 50% reloads so i was instantly interested and went to the site and see the minimum is 10$ which meant i could do multi small reloads and have some fun and spread volatility and have a smaller deposits but more chance to win lower amount for fun. I deposited 10+5$ and went straight to slots section and first game on top, book of dead, so since i always played that game there every deposit i made i clicked and played and lost. I redeposited again 10+5$ this time tried reactoonz, my second favorite, won a little as i was only betting 20 cents wasn't trying to go for glory. Moved back to book of dead 20 cents bet too and see if this time i can get a bonus which i had to win up to 46$ balance i think.

That's when i opened cashier to see my wagering status to see where i'm at and noticed my wagered amount was too low and the total wager was much higher than i thought it would be (90x my bonus). So i jumped on bonus terms page to see if something changed and saw 30x d+b so ok it explains the wager, then continue to read around in case i forgot something or something changed and end up on the list of excluded games which now suddenly included the games i was coming here to play in the past... book of dead and reactoonz. I was sad and thought oh my... and from that point decided to just go on other games not on the list. I thought i was going to rip then started hitting to finally hit 1030x my bet size of 50 cents on book of oz which lead to 696$ total win after the wager. I couldn't express the feeling of excitment mixed with tears in the eyes wanting to be anywhere else but here. It's hard to explain and it is the reason why i am here because it's ripping me inside not knowing what will happen as since new year day i havent wont anything significant and was on a 6k downswing so finally hittting something in that spot just killed me.

In the terms it says "may" lead to and "may" void bonus and/or remove the winnings from the play on the said games. If the casino review my play history they will see i always did play these games in the past and didn't do anything abusive in any way and the second i noticed the changes i instantly changed games and followed all rules avoid any respin or gamble feature after win or anything whatsoever. Through the years, and lcb knows, i always respected rules and never abused anything and just played and lost for the fun of it. It wasn't my intention to break any rules and the big win is not on a excluded game. I felt so bad after the wager was complete i requested a cash out of 650$ and kept 46$ (balance i had when i realized the mistake) and went to the 2 games i played and lost the money back then left.

Since it was honest mistake from changes to bonus terms and that i didn't do anything wrong or build any big balance on the said games and won legitimately on allowed games and bet, and even went to lose the money i had from my deposit and said 2 games back. The terms says "may" lead to... so it's not a final decision but more on a case by case so what will happen to me? Especially since i planned to use that reload promotion to stream next 2 days while it's available and drop a lot more money there, even more now that i know i won like that as i only did small deposits to test late/early in the morning before bed to see what it was like and how slots were behaving for tonights streaming session.

So i'd like to have informations about the status of my withdrawal, i'd like to know if i can go for next 2 days (withdrawal time takes days so i could just know after promotion ends) go and play again and stream it knowing all is fine or if i restrain and wait to see final verdict? Especially since at the end i noticed endorphina my second favorite provider that i forgot they had and since my pngo games are restricted but with endorphinas there not being able to play pngo wouldn't stop me one bit as i could just play endorphinas for hours no problem.

So please let me how it goes because right now i definitly can't sleep and i am running in circles like crazy so tyvm for your time.

PCF "players come first" was just, as usual, a name without meaning. The casino takes 5 days to take a look and then void everything without comment, keep other deposits that were lost under the same rule they applied even tho their vague terms says "may or may not in part or full" etc. The truth is they will apply it no matter, they don't care about the players and will make them wait multiple days for nothing just to fuck em up anyway.

They add the chance to show me and my viewers and friends to show their name is not just a front, but when i verified their license and saw none i knew it was over. These casinos operate without any licenses only to be able to fraud and steal as they wish changing terms left and right without notice on purpose. The "may or may not" just stand there to give false feeling that the casino could be right while they won't. It will save me money in the future that's for sure.

So to people reading, the casino is slow like very few are. They are non-responsive in chat, they didn't reply here either, they don't care about the player and players come last. Avoid it at all cost, save you time and money and issues because even if you respect all the rules they will just change them at anytime and catch you later. It's a timebomb casino where you never know if you deposit, will you get paid? You won't ever know meaning you need to avoid that place as not only do they try all their best to ruin players experience but they try to trap you by changing rules and everything without word. If you want to have to read terms between every slot you play for the rest of your life then hope they dont change rules in between and have to wait up to a week for a reply.. then have fun and go torture yourself.

For me it's said and done, it's a roge casino operating without no license and false marketing pretense of being fair, they are not. Players come last, i could say money come first but i won't since their business decisions make them lose money long term, a LOT, so obviously they don't know what they are doing and don't understand the consequences of their actions so obviously it's just players come last. So ya it's all said and done.

Players come first is a joke of a name because clearly they dont. If they did they would have paid you because ya you played an excluded slot by mistake but you didnt win on it anyways.

Plus this casino should block the games that we cant play if we really came first anyways.

Bad casino, stay away everyone. Its obvious if there is the slightest chance to rob you. They will. Not a casino you want to be part of.

We still haven't received a reply from the casino. We've sent them another email. Keep you posted.

They replied to me and said they void it straight on. I argued and they said they wouldve made an exception if i didnt play the slots too much but since i played them 30% of my wager they said no. The issue here... When i left the slots i checked my wager and it showed 14.80$ish / 450$. That's what made me wonder why wager so high and why it shows only 14-15$ was done? So i went check the bonus terms and then saw they added book and reactoonz. I played 3-4% of my wager on them... They lie... as usual.

Not to mention they added the slots to bonus terms 2 weeks ago.. it's brand new. So, they just changed terms, i played only 3-4% of the wager on it and won big on legitimate allowed slots. So there was no way they were going to do any exception. It's all lies as usual.

Sydney, if you can reach them, could you ask them to provide proof of their claim i played 30% on them? Because they are simply taking my overall stats and not that single deposit. Ask them, you'll see they won't provide anything.

As you can see from my previous post today, we still haven't received a reply from the Casino Representative. As soon as we manage to get in touch with someone from the casino, we'll also ask them to send us a proof.

Yeah, players come first so they do that and ignore you... really players come first :D hahahah what a joke.

Everyone stay away from this casino. This is one of the worst casinos on the market. They constantly change their terms.

And now they snuck in a max cashout of 10x your deposit term.

What a disgrace this casino is.
